Searching for story- please help

This story is about a guy around 18 and he gets in trouble with the law to many times and his mother if fed up so she sends him to his aunt or something. He travels on a train and he's obsessed with his leather jacket and smoking. He receive a envelope telling him he can't come back home and this is his last chance, and he has to change into the Elmo diaper, and outfit before he arrives or he will be sent to the military. The whole train ride he tries to cope with saying yes or no, and also being embarrassed by other train riders like a old lady.
