She tried to stay as still as possible but still moved around some. Once the scan was over he nurse wheeled the bed back to the room and Faith immediately reached out for Jack sobbing. "Daddy!" The nurse said as she prepared to take the blood samples from Faith. "Now just let me see your arm and we can do this quickly." Faith was willing to cooperate, up until she saw the needle. Then she started getting nervous. She tucked her arms away and hid in Jacks chest. "No shots!" She cries into his shoulder. Link to comment

She let the nurse put the needle in her arm and squeezed Jacks hand as hard as she could. She bit her lip and cried into his chest. "It hurts." when the nurse was done she made sure everything was in place and have faith a small bandaid on her arm. "There. Now you can go home honey." Link to comment

Once they were told they could go, he grabbed his phone and called home. "Hey honey," he said once Sarah answered. "Faith has been discharged. Can you come get us?" he asked as, having ridden in the ambulance with Faith, he didn't have his car there. Link to comment
