Funny you should post this now heh, i have been looking around at different pad & pant systems and really wanted to give it a go since sometimes i need protection while other times i dont and these are much easier to change than any other system in my opinion.

Tena make three different absorbant levels of this product. Blue, day light, Yellow, day regular, Green, Night super.

I have used all three types as stuffers in a regular diaper. They work quite well for instance like this.

Believe it or not, they use this same exact thing in hospitals here for pregnant woman AFTER child birth, complete with the mesh panties. I've seen it first hand.

They don't attach. The underwear should fit snugly enough to hold the pad in place on its own.

The other day I was in the bathroom and held it up to the light where I could can see small pattern stitched lines running horizontal in the pant.
