As long as no genitalia or scat, or actual minors are involved, mostly anything goes.

Adding a bit to the above, we do prefer that you keep some seperation between minors (even fictional ones) and sexual connotations That's easily done by making the age ambiguous or 18+, making the reference vague, or putting it into a different context.
