Heard from the solicitor today, he recons that i am in for a massive payout. Not only is my car going to be replaced, but on the personal injury side of things he recons that I will be entitled to £75,000 or there abouts as the injury will never fully go away and could lead to arthritus in my back. I have asked that i also want taken into consideration future medical needs. He thinks that this may not be possible but he will push for it.

Just wondering how many diapers that will buy?

For the sake of a simple, very rough calculation, let's assume diapers cost a pound apiece, so thats 75,000 diapers.

you're right there Dillpickle i do get my diapers on the NHS, but i still buy different diapers occasionally just to try something different. The money is going to make life just that little bit easier. I won't spend it, just invest it for the future.

just thought the diapers I have recently been buying cost £9 for 15 thats 60 pence per diaper.

wearer, I pulled round numbers out of my hat because there's lots more uncertainty to be found in my calculation....what makes you think that diapers will still cost 60 pence in 2020?
