The theme sounds fun, but I unfortunately can't think of any like that aside from committed, which was mentioned. One which might be vaguely the same is Laura & Holly by Princess Pottypants, though it's not until a twist at the end that it really becomes apparent...

Ummm....I vaguely remember a sissy story on FTT where the main character tried to get out of gym class by faking incontinence. The only problem was he bought the wrong style of pull-ups and things spiraled out from there. Not exactly what your looking for,but there might be a few elements you could twist to your own devices. I think it was titled Best Laid Plans. Anybody Else know what I'm talking about?
