Big Problem

Tried to subscribe Everything appeared to be fine until I tried to "Return to Site" Then I got an "error trying to connect to datapbase". I was told to refresh page and if it still showed the error then I could do one of two things

1. Go through the help documents, which was more than I wanted to get involved with

2. Send an email but the choices I was given were Yahoo Mail, which I really do not use and GMail which I have not set up yet

It was at this poin that, seeing no useful option, I bailed entirely

What is to be done?
