I highly recommend Sarnoga and others, EMG is actually a really horrible hypnotist, at least on MP3.

Skip anything on WMM. Go to baby-pants.com and grab the files of interest. You will not be disappointment. They are around $10/each but by far the most effective prerecorded on our subject anywhere.

I had looked at all the Babypants files on the website and, unless I am mistaken, they are all about regression and suited more to an AB desire.

TYVM, I'm reworking the script a little. While my original draft does have you imagine being a young child that forgets to use the bathroom, I don't think there is much else that is 'AB specific.' Thank you.

I come from the point of view proposed by Milton Erickson, that one should never let the subject 'fail'. The minute I say 'you will we your bed every night from now on', the first and every time you don't, you're working against yourself.

Scripting so that anything could be an indication of progress, or that eventually the suggestion will definitely happen but we don't know when, those tend to work better.
