That would be great for my cloth diapers but I'd be a little worried about my bedroom picking up the scent.

Tell us what kind of baby powder it smells like. I might get that for my room

Cut a 2 wide strip of heavy paper, and put 5 dots of the powder oil along the strip and placed it in my diaper cabinet. Smells wonderful every time I open the door and is lightly scenting the diapers!

• 1/2 cup of vinegar
• 8 drops of desired essential oil
• Seal-able container
• Cotton cloths

Mix Vinegar and Oil. Put cloths in the container and pour the mixture over them. Seal and shake well to coat cloths. Any cotton cloth will work. You can buy cheap cotton shop rags and cut them into squares.
