I've never heard of obesity itself causing incontinence, though I suppose all the abdominal fat could put pressure on your bladder (similar to a pregnant woman's baby).

Ive been thick for a while. Im pretty proportioned out 6' my waist is 40. And I need a belt to hold my pants up. I do have thick legs though I weigh 254 32bmI las physical in May.

Although I don't have the need to wear like the OP, it really has been difficult with my weight gain. My doctor and I are working on exercise programs and alter active diets since I cannot digest certain foods, but I have to admit that I wish I could so I could lose the weight I've gained and wear more comfortable diapers.

At my weight and size, the diapers are ANYTHING but comfortable so I can understand when you talk about the comfort issue.

you might want to give cloth a try as they can be custom made to fit.....

I can imagine this is a challenge because I still find myself with some diapering mishaps and I am at my proper weight for my height.
