Paraplegics also typically do a "bowel program" so bowels move at the beginning of the day. Typically they use a glycerine suppository. I would be a bit concerned about a daily enema, as that is very strong stimulation so you are committed to it...things may not work right if you stop suddenly. Check with docs...
