First time proper enema

Im currently still sat in my nappy after trying an enema for the first time, i made myself a kit out of a 2ltr bottle and rubber tubing, Id tried squrting small amount in me before but never alot and slowly. Well ive just pooped for the 4th time and currently laid on my back just letting it flow into my nappy, by the rumbling in my tummy ive probably got a 5th yet to come, i dont know if this was a good idea but it seemed a waste using water so saved my pee for the day and used that mixed with chocolate sauce for a nice colour.

i have been thinking about doing this, i have an extreemly irregular bowel. like, once every 3-4 days and it never seems to be as much as id think it should be.
