I've been 24/7 for about 3 years now and yes, it feels more right than just about anything else I've ever done The first half of this time was mostly in pull-ups but I've gotten to the point where I almost always prefer plastic-backed disposables; the other stuff is more for 'special times' rather than regular wear. It's kind of like everything else in life- if you try it for long enough you'll know if it's right for you and if it is you won't have to ask anyone else about that

I've been wearing full time or close to since roughly September 2015. This coincided with a severe diminution in urinary control that I had at that time. My #2 control is also somewhat dented, but not to the point that I would consider myself incontinent.
