rusty pins
When wearing a diaper just try to relax and not think about the fact that adults don't normally wear diapers and wet themselves. Link to comment

DavidMW
Lots of pinhole leaks in my last few cases of Abenas - never had that problem before. As for overwhelming the diaper - like the others have said, it takes some practice to train yourself to keep things relaxed enough down there that you have smaller but more frequent peeing. Diapers, even some of the cheaper ones, can more easily keep up with that pace. Don't push the pee out, just relax and let it out. And try to prevent that nearly automatic clenching that a lot of guys do after peeing. Pay attention to how your body feels when you pee like this so you can learn what it feels like in your regular routine and then when you keep things relaxed. That will then help you understand what you're trying to practice. Practice, of course, is a good excuse to diaper up. But you can also practice while standing in front of a urinal or when you first step into the shower. It's usually easier when standing than when sitting or lying down, so perhaps only start practicing while standing. Once you've mastered the fine art of relaxing to wet while standing, it'll be easier to do it in other positions. Link to comment

Dill_Pickle
Dear Huntyer To help yourself pee in your diaper, it helps a lot to be in a safe place, where you won't be interrupted or observed, and very well protected...like sitting at the computer in your diaper with a towel between you and the chair. It also helps to be well-hydrated. Once you are in a well-hydrated state and peeing, add a quart of gatorade and the diaper. Go hang out in your safe place...where you are going to do something fun and engaging (like reading DD forums), but you are also going to wet yourself and your clothes....and remember that the next time you go to the bathroom, your diaper will be wet. You will soon have to go, with no choice....so let go, don't push. Now if you want to poop your diaper, you need to eat a high fiber diet, with lots of fruit and vegetables. Some complain about Taco Bell giving them problems because of the fiber in the beans...and prepare to wear some diaper and use it for a few days...soon you will have to have a bowel movement, but you won't be on the toilet at the time...just let it force itself out on its own. Report back here if this doesn't work. Patience, it will come.... Also, note that we need to know what kind of enema...I can retain normal saline for literally hours, and completely re-absorb a small plain-water enema. Link to comment
