What you are experiencing is not only common but universal. EVERYONE feels like you do at some stage and it is part and parcel of the conflict between being a regressive sissy baby and and adult man and keeping it all to yourself.

As the others have indicated, you will be back because what you are experiencing is not just a whim or even a DESIRE, but a deep-down NEED. Being sissy baby is part of who you are and you cannot change that and so yes, you will be back and feeling conflicted yet again. So here are two suggestions:

1) pack your baby things away and dont throw them away. The reality is that you will be wanting them back soon and this is to save you cost and hassle

There is nothing wrong with you and nothing to be disgusted about. But at the same time, you need to find something more viable than you binge and purge cycle and the inevitable damage to your self-image.
