Poop Getting Stuck In Diaper..

I notice that when I go poop in my diaper, which isnt often, my poop gets stuck and its really uncomfortable...anybody else have a problem with this too?

Either you're wearing diapers that are too small, don't have enough room in the rear or you're constipated.

yeah probably constipated...i do wear the baby diapers..size 6..they fit ok if I snug at them a little.

Eat more fiber, that will clear that problem up.

What do you mean it gets stuck? Like stuck to your skin or stuck tot he diaper or stuck inside you and it's only halfway out?

Either way, as Letluvsrool said, eat more fibre. I have been on fibre supplements lately because of anal fissures, and there is no way that the poop is getting stuck anywhere with enough fibre.

Isn't that what it's supposed to do, stick in your diaper? If it didn't do that, wouldn't it work it's way out and get your clothing dirty? I know some poo is really runny but for the most part, hard or even some soft stool sticks to your diaper.
