I think it's more that breast feeding isn't, on its own, ABDL. It's used in many other fetishes as well so this might not be ABDL content at all. Once someone who can speak French pops in, I imagine that it will be verified. I was kinda curious about it so I did some homework on it. I don't remember what the title is but I do know it is a French film, and I can't remember for the life of me how I found out about it.
