Actually, in my state it is technically illegal to have sex with a minor no matter what age you are - if both parties are under 18 they are both committing a misdemeanor. But each state is different.

i find it happens to me whenever i hear people talking about diapers or even saying the word diaper (especially adult diapers) its not intense but it makes me think of my fetish.

I also have a hard time saying the word for the same reason. For some reason I think my voice will falter and I'll give myself away. I remember there was this comedy that I watched a couple times as a kid about a cop whose mother came to live with him or something. In the intro he's foiling an attempted plane hijacking until he looks down and realizes he's wearing a diaper. Spoiler Alert - it's a dream. I loved that scene.

I'm not one to argue something like this but that is just simply not true. It's illegal if it's sexual in nature. However, there can be a nude photo of a child without it being sexual or illegal.

My mother has (OMG) a picture of my naked butt lying on the bathroom floor, wearing an Abbott-style derby cap, still belted into my potty chair, fast asleep - and she has shown it (much to my chagrin) to many people, including former g/f's. I find I can never say the word diaper or nappy as well. I did once to my boss (someone left a baby diaper outside of our store and it has sloshed open; luckily it didn't look like it was used), and it felt really weird. She started talking about how her son would pick at his diaper when he was younger, and that caught me off guard. It didn't arouse me because personally I despise her most of the time, but I felt really weird saying, "Diaper," to her. I usually try to avoid the topic or not mention anything about it to friends.

But I do know sometimes when I was younger I would be in similar situations to the OP. Once while going on a field trip we went bridge swinging and one of the teachers said, "Those harnesses look like diapers on you." It was strange for me, because I didn't know this community even existed. So it was a twist of arousal and shame at the same time. Once I had a girlfriend (back when I was about 19) whom I did not tell about my fetish. She once told me she wore a diaper the previous night because she was sick and had done some terrible things to her bed the previous night before last because of the sickness (I won't mention what she did out of respect for those whom don't want to hear, but I assume you might know what she did). I still didn't tell her because this was before I had actually gone out and bought my first diapers, so I was very afraid and paranoid about it.

I wouldn't say aroused, but definitely kind of uncomfortable sometimes. I'm the youngest of my brothers, so my mom still calls me the baby pretty often, and after my girlfriend saw an email from my mom that said "baby boy" she used the nickname for a week. She had no idea about my lifestyle choices at the time. She does now though, and we're married!

Also, I teach English in Japan, and kids seem to find diapers generally hilarious whenever they are in kids picture books or things like that. Last week, a girl was reading from an English phrasebook at the beginning of the lesson and she just blurted out, "Paul-sensei, let's change your diaper!" ....I was like "What?!....oh, what a strange thing to say." Needless to say it was a bit of a shock.

A naked kid in the tub in the right context is not sexual in nature - I have friends who have decided to take such pictures and further share them with friends and family. They are decidedly not sexual in nature and are perfectly legal, though tasteless. They could be misused sure - but they are not considered kiddie porn. Talk about paranoid posts here - besides, the story the OP shared is not kiddie porn either - take it easy.

Any naked child. Even a kid in a bathtub needs their crotch covered (with a washcloth, or bubbles, etc.).

That really depends on which state you're in, and is mostly inaccurate. Most states have a "grace period" of sorts, allowing for a young person slightly over 18 to have sex with a young person slightly under 18 without statutory rape charges.

I recall I once worked with a girl a long time ago (I was about 18-19 at the time, as I had just finished school). I wasn't "attracted" to her in the strictest sense of the world - ie I didn't see her and think "hot chick", but occasionally she would surprise me, and I would feel a raging urge to be "with" her. These moments usually passed.

Initially, she was friends with another co-worker of mine, and she would come to visit this co-worker on occasion. The first time I saw her, I thought nothing of it. At the time, she worked at Target, which was a few shops away from where I worked. Employees at the time had the choice of wearing a red or white blouse. She normally wore the white blouse, which occasionally left little to the imagination. I do recall at one point she wandered in to visit this co-worker friend of mine, and the co-worker wasn't in the shop at the time, so I asked her to wait around for the co-worker to come back. At any rate, I was just being polite, and we got talking, and at some point in the conversation I quoted a line from Futurama (that has NOTHING to do with diapers or anything like that) about a robot that says to a lady "My two favourite things are commitment, and changing myself". I can't even recall what we were discussing that made me bring it up (again, it was NOTHING diaper related). At which point she looked really serious and said "what, you change yourself? As in a nappy?". I must have turned beet-red, because I suddenly felt very uncomfortable, and I managed to stammer out "no, changing myself as per the womans expectations - isn't that a hobby of women? Finding bad boys that they can 'change' in some way?".

Needless to say, I was rather aroused to even consider the fact that the girl standing before me (whom I did not find attractive in the least until that point) was talking about that kind of thing. She later came to work at my shop (she took her friends job when her friend moved overseas, as she hated working at Target).

Of course, me being young and naieve at the time, I didn't press it further, but there could have been a slight chance that there was something there. I don't reckon there was, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, eh?

Well, the interesting thing is, this is how I first learned I was interested in diapers. I was about 6, 7, or 8 years old when a daycare worker threatened me with time in the nursery as I was acting out. Of course I was not aroused then, but several years later I was aroused by my own answer of the following question; "What if I had continued acting out?"

That was years ago. Now, I am kind of sickened to think of what that daycare worker threatened me with. Nonetheless, I respect my memory of the incident as well as my fetish and reflect upon how it has changed me as a person (both good and bad).

Throughout my life I have been aroused by certain things in public reminding me of my diaper fetish as well as my other kinks, which is why I have learned to compartmentalize these feelings leading me to forget about my fetish in public even if someone mentions the word diaper.
