Since I wear 24/7 I use only cloth diaper and plastic pants from Baby Pants or Babykins. Last year I spent just over $500 but they will last me a few years before I will need to replace them.

I'd say about $20-30 for materials to make cloth diapers and waterproof pants. Much cheaper and easier to hide than disposables.

I dont keep track because I dont really want to know how much I spend, But I wear diapers all the time, I only wear Dry 24/7 each case is $118 each so I figure over $1000 a year easily. Maybe less, I really dont know .... but as long as I can afford it. I will continue.
