When I first joined this site I wouldn't really have considered myself anything other than a DL. But anyway last night as I diapered up (in my 'alternative' diaper still) I got thinking.

Originally the whole idea of the ageplay thing confused me. I didn't find it stupid or revolting or anything - just saw it the same as foot fetishism: simply didn't 'get' it at all. But for the past couple of nights (perhaps a week or so) I've thought differently, somewhat warming to the idea of ageplay. Admittedly I fail to see the appeal behind playing with baby toys or sleeping in a crib or making baby noises, but I'm somewhat more intrigued by the idea of being treated like a baby by a mommy (changes, cuddles, breastfeeding) and I kind of want to try wetting too (which is odd, considering I don't like 'normal' peeing porn and don't like the idea of scat at all).

At the same time, I've had a few daddy-style fantasies, usually around changing an AB girl's wet diaper or bottle-feeding. The real oddity is a bit of a DL perspective - if this were to happen I would love to be a daddy while diapered, and to be babied while my mommy was diapered to boot.

They're ideas I'm toying with for the idea of continuing on my story, but I can't for the life of me understand WHY I have fantasies from so many different perspectives. Hell, I'm not even sure what to put in the 'diapers' part of my profile anymore!

Is this unheard of, or is it not uncommon (at least among ABDLs) to want to dabble in ABism, simple DL, AND parenting all at once?

Honestly this is not really a structured fetish were labels are law, do what you want as long as your not causing irrevocably harm physically or psychologically to someone else.

its called being a switch, its very common. why be so hung up on labels, just do what ever mood strikes you.

The hard part about the way you are thinking is finding someone who will switch with you when you want to be all or just one.

It's very hard just to find someone just to be with, let alone find someone with all of your interests.

I would work on finding a partner or GF first then hopefully you can spring a little age play on her and see how it go's from there.
