DailyDi
Been trying to wear light protection during the day due to the heat... but ended up with a heat rash anyway. Took some advice from the incontinence group I moderate and went diapers 24/7 to absorb urine and sweat and am doing much better. Who'd have thought heavier protection was better than breathable to combat heat. Link to comment
Dougie
A good diaper is much better. Tena Super makes a good hot weather diaper. Good capacity and breathable sides. It doesn't work very well for bedtime though. Link to comment
speels
I use attends pullups and they do get sweaty. I just go to the toilet more often to dry myself and the sides of the pullup. And i am good to go again. Link to comment
babymaggie
I find that if I am outside in the heat, the cloth backed diapers are the best to wear, they are more breathable. Inside I still wear the plastic backed diapers. Link to comment
