Like sesame street or something like that without the adult twist

There is bound to be something on ebay,

or another thought is, have you tried custom t-shirt printing, lots of companies on internet do this and it is quite cheap, you can even use your own art work,

Failing that, trawl the net, there is always something for everyone.

Go to Spencer's in the mall. For some reason there is a big Sesame Street fad going on with the teenagers. They have sesame street back packs and t-shirts. I even saw a snuggie with Elmo on it and a blue one with cookie monster on it.

If you buy a couple sizes too big you can turn a t-shirt into a onesie with minimal sewing skills.

you can get a child's shirt with a design you like then cut it out and sew onto a plain shirt that fits you .

I have a few shirts we did that with and many people here complimented me
