No, not that I know of...Maybe, if you use a really huge butt plug style nozzle and stretch your anus too much. Regular enemas don't cause anal prolapses though...Not that I'm aware of, anyway.

I seriously doubt it if anything your anus will become tighter, I know after 5 or more years of constant daily enemas my anus is very tight, I doubt I could pass a solid poop if needed.

I think straining trying to push too hard is more likely to give you prolapse. IMHO.

a prolapse is when the interior tissue holding you anus in place ruptures or tears. it is very rare and usually caused by major injures. i highly doubt an enema will make it happen. hemrhoids maybe from the pushing, but not a prolapse.

No, but frequent constipation and straining due to it will cause prolapse. I would think an enema would do the opposite. Cause the hole to get smaller, stinosis.
