One piece suits are used in the USA. They are normally seen as work clothing overalls. Jails and prisons frequently use the jumpsuits too. From time to time they have showed up in female fashion in long leg/arm and short leg/arm models. When I was in high school, the girls' gym suits were short leg/arm jumpsuits. One piece rompers are common in women's wear too. Rarely are they seen on males in public.

Only people that it'll appeal to is hipsters and kinksters. I've got no problem with the second seeing as I am one myself, but by my suppurating colon I cannot abide the first.
