Backindiapers
So from this webpage selection Fetware Plastic Pants Which of those plastic pants would be most like baby style gerber plastic pants? I've only owned one pair of plastic pants before but they sucked from some sucky magazine. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment

I haven't tried any of the others but I would try the cloud in white full cut if it were me. Gerber pants weren't designed to be discrete, they were designed to hold up so they were somewhat heavy vinyl and noisy if I remember correctly. Hugs, Freta Link to comment
SoCalAB
Sadly, the company "VI PRODUCTS" that made the Gerber vinyl pants in adult sizes went under a few years ago. I would probably suggest KINS as the next best replacement. Their website is located at: http://www.babykins.com/adult-diaper.html Hope this helps Stay Pampered SoCalAB http://socalab.250x.com So from this webpage selection Fetware Plastic Pants Which of those plastic pants would be most like baby style gerber plastic pants? froggy
The comco pants are good too. They are heavier than gerber/vip used to be and now have more sizes. Link to comment
inconbob
You may want to try the Lang original vinyl pants from Changing Times Diaper Company and directly for the manufacturer - Lifestyles Emporium. These vinyl pants began as a competitor to the Gerber baby pants back in the 70's. They have changed little over the years and the only noticeable difference is the pants are now higher waisted. The pants still use the original vinyl formula and the only difference is a chemical which is basically a "poison" was removed for the current formula. Well worth a try. You can get fast, friendly service from https://www.changingtimesdiaperco.com/ . You can use any search engine to find the web address for Lifestyles Emporium. They are located in Sonoma, California. willnotwill
A lot of it depends on what (if any) you remember about pants from when you were a child. For me, the comco milky white ones *ARE* the baby pants of my youth. Link to comment
