See in the bottom corner of all posts? that's a thing where you can give someone rep or take it away . Easier to see who the angry bitter folk are

Yeah well basically it's a voting system that other members give you based on your post(s) that you have made whether they agree with your posts or not. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it goes negative.
