I also think it was a set up. He would of felt it straight away and the way the camera guy was aiming at his crotch even before he wet himself is a bit of a give away. Plus why did he step out from behind the podium? Still funny though.

EWW. That reminds me of when I was in high school...Senior year...On the last week of school, I stepped into the elevator (the school had 3 floors and so gave an elevator key to the disabled students who can't go up or down stairs at all or very well)...First, there was an open condom that looked used in the elevator corner. Later that week (last day of school in fact) someone had put a half of a roast beef and cheese sandwich on the grid that was right under the light in the elevator. The grid was there to prevent accidental or purposeful smashing of the light bulbs I think, but the smell in that elevator was so nasty. I was friends with the janitors and I can honestly say I felt so bad for them that week.
