Agree showing underwear to children is not on as this is creepy but if this was on the streets and with adults would it be as creepy.

Is it against the law to show your underwear? Showing off your underwear no matter what you got on is strange behaviour to me, never got it why all the chavs have there jeans half way down and the top of their underwear showing all the time.

The story is depressing and disguisting. This is exactly why it is so hard for us to discuss this side of ourselves with someone else - FEAR. It was all over the faces of the women in that video clip. The mothers consider "boy diaper" to be a pervert and his own mother is afraid of what he can do to get her run out of town. He was arrested for the correct suspected offense; lewd acts with minors. He did not expose his genitalia, but he did pull down his pants in the presence of children. It doesn't matter what he was wearing under his pants, YOU DON'T DO THAT TO ANYONE unless they are a consenting adult. That's why you can pull down your pants in a strip club and expose your underwear there - all the patrons are consenting adults.

The depressing part is that everyone in that piece, except boy diaper's mother, wants a stronger law for lewd exposure of adult diapers.
