Are you sure bayb? I thought you were the one with the white socks!! I take it that's Birmingham, Alabama?

The last time I went to Birmingham (England) was in 1987, when my American Football team (London Ravens) played the Birmingham Bulls. We won, I think the score was about 97 to 10 or something silly like that. Most football fans in the US have never heard of the Ravens, but at one point we were in the record books for the longest winning streak in any sport. We never lost a single game for about our first 7 or 8 seasons!! There was even talk of us going to the US to take on the then reigning college champs.

Nope, it's England. My 209 peice Marching band were there for a band competition in Harrogate. We got invited to go to Birmingham to play at a soccer game.
