If they won't delete your account and simply turning off all the email notification settings in your "My Controls" email settings isn't good enough, then just change your email to a fake email address. Note, this will mean you won't be able to access this account any longer...ever....

You alone can only delete your posts (Well less a Moderator does it.) Simply go to where you posted scroll down to just under your post you should have a delete button under your posts only.. Should be next to the "Quote" and "Reply" buttons on the lower right. Hope things turn out for the best for you. As a incontinent person I feel some of your pain. Best of luck.

BTW "DD" the Moderator is actually a "he" not a "she" . Normally in this kind of situation he should be considering your request.
