I am an old fart in Florida and I wear diapers for bedwetting.

Just a thought on IBS. For a long time I suffered with what my doctor thought was IBS. I became frustrated and found another doctor. It turned out to be serious. Thr problem got corrected with colon surgery.

Get a second or third opinion. Colon problems can be fatal.
