While attending the local December ABDL munch, someone told me that the diaper prints I had on my flannel diapers purchased 25 years ago from DPF were almost certainly unique and no longer available because Tommy with DPF commissioned the artwork personally. I had been trying to find other diapers with the same pattern but hadn't had any luck. Since Tommy apparently had the artwork drawn up for these diapers and they're no longer being made, I took some photos of them in hopes that someone else might be able to use them (redraw them digitally, reprint them, etc). I especially like the nursery pattern with the lion, lamb, rainbow, stars, etc. I've included a measuring tape in two images for scale. Nursery print on white: Nursery print on blue: Hockey print:

Ive been looking to get cloth diapers recently both due to the long term savings, but also cutting back on the amont of trash produced by using solely disposables, however as i have never even held a cloth diaper in my hands before, I am fumbling in the dark. So i am turning to you fine padded folk of the internet to share your recommendations and input Im not hugely fussy about prints, i would love them, but if o can sacrifice them for a higher quality diaper overall i'd likely do that Also as i am a sode sleeper, if there are any that are particularly capable of catching that, it would be a super plus (all the disposables ove had are terribly leaky while on your side) Also what are other things i should be aware of as far as cloth diapers go? Do i have to use plastic pants with them? Are they naturally absorbant or do i need to add boosters in order to make em so? Oh also, if anyone can recommend some good quality, reputable stores preferably in Australia, that would be an awesome plus!

Has anyone else had the problem of a diaper that won't stay up?

So I bought my first cloth diaper and "training pants". They are basically the same, they both have snaps on the side, but the training pants have a little padding while the cloth diapers have a special pocket for you to put many boosters inside, the pocket is velvet on the outside and the cover of the diaper is more plastic like, while the training pants' one is more cloth-like. I've been wearing the cloth diapers to bed during some nights now, hoping to wake up wet on some occasions but haven't managed to do so, what is keeping me worried is that everytime I sleep wearing them I have a very clear ache in my testicles that I don't really understand, is it possible that the temperature is causing the pain? I have noticed that the velvet there increases my crotches' temperature a lot which is kinda weird. I will post some pictures of them later.
