But i also use boosters at night (Rearz), 1 pack costs 32.5 and contains 24 boosters. Based on a average use of 3 diapers and 1 booster per day comes straight out of my windows calculator: ((102.8 / (4 * 15) * 3) + (32.5 / 24 * 1)) * 365.25 / 12 = 197.66619791666666666666666666667 per month or 2’371.994375 per year

I put on a boosted BetterDry when i prepare for bed, sometimes its so full that i need to change right after standing up, otherwise i wear it a few hours longer (if im at home that morning and dont have to shower/dress up for the public). Usually i need 2 more BetterDrys (no booster) for the rest of the day.

Oh yea interesting... wasnt thinking on actual DL reasons at all, i guess after one goes full 24/7 this isnt really a thing anymore, maybe only if you are lucky to have a moment where a mommy/daddy is changing you specifically for ABDL/littlespace reasons. Ive been a bit curious about whether my subjective estimate of ~3 min above was actually real. So i did stopwatch it today. Total time was 3:27 min. @DAQ pants was about 20 sec of that.

While I fully agree on your first sentence that it depends on "what is a diaper change", i dont think that additionally taking into account to push down your pants and pull it up again after the diaper change is a significant factor for most people, unless you have some very complicated clothes (or a complicated multilayer disposable diaper/cloth diaper/Plastic pants package) Btw, my value of ~3min was pants on to pants on by your options, enter bathroom till exist hits it even better. I think much more significant is: necessary extra care (such as in messy cases) As told above, thats a rare case for me optional extra care (such as applying powder or similar stuff) I dont use that your personal technique of putting your diaper on Also, what kind of diaper... a pullup is obviously faster than a taped one, and even more so than the mentioned complicated multilayer package

If its only the diaper change... take off old one, put on new one, then yes i would only take ~3 mins. In other words such a change would only take about as long as going to pee in the toilet. The time save would not happen because one thing is faster than the other but because the diaper change will happen less often. However, it is rarely the case that its only such a quick change. As i normally also do a preemptive strike for #2 on the toilet during a change, so i dont have to either, go while a diaper isnt full yet, or mess the diaper and have to do the timeconsuming cleanup. Additionally 1 of the (usually) 3 changes a day ill do my daily shower.

Thats why i wear normal underwear over the diaper, so the waistband can do its job, just as without diapers. (new ones a few numbers bigger of course, thrown away all the old ones that no longer fitting over the diapers) @TinyBunny Onesies are useless, as they dont feature a waistband, so there will just be a hollow space below it at that position, not pressing the diapers onto you at all.

Yesterday was such a moment for me... i wasnt that well hydrated before going to bed and i needed to get up early, shower and get ready for a meeting. So without proper hydration and a short night i was kinda sad/sure im going to waste a fresh diaper. When the clock woke me up i was like: Man, just as i thought... didnt even peed once. Than i stood in front of my mirror "unpacking" myself for the shower, and after putting of my PUL-Pants i saw the surprise, the front of my diaper was all yellow ?? Wasnt the first confirmation moment that proofed, training is working, and peeing might happen during sleep now, but still feels amazing and shocking at the same time ?

Whoa you lucky bastard, i wish my mother would have punished me that way after being caught, all i got was a shitload of yelling and TV prohibition ? Btw... the #1 reason i got caught is my naive/stupid ways to dispose the full diapers... I.e. simply putting it in my rooms trash covered only with a bit of paper, or hiding it under my bed, and i even dared to hide one in a bush in the garden. ? Every single attempt was destined to be discovered, i did not in the slightest think about my mother would surly smell/see them while cleaning the room. ? And by all the strange places ive chosen, not even once did i came to the glorious idea of bringing it to the big trash outside the house where no one would have noticed ? Seriously man, today i literally ROFL thinking back on how much stupid i was ???

Im 24/7 for almost 2 years (since March 2020), longer if you count the few years before... where i started from zero, accidentally "rediscovering" this love for diapers i had as a child (somehow it got lost in my late teens)... over wearing on weekends only... and then slowly the wearing time increased more and more towards 24/7. Yea before wearing 24/7 i also had 1, max 2 bm's per day, but their timing where kinda unpredictable. And its not nice having to go just an hour or so after you put a diaper on The point of my idea was not to wait till those unpredictable urges hit you but do preemptive strikes at those convenient times where you change anyway. As said in my last post, preemptively emptying those 3 times a day made it very rare that an urge hits me till next change. Of course there are exceptions to normal days, say if i eat certain foods that somehow seem to activate the double turbo of my digestive system ? but usually i know those in advance and can plan in a change shortly after the meal.

I use 3 BetterDrys per 24h: 1 night with booster and 2 per day (so its ~8h each). With lesser capacity like the "Day" variant or other brands i probably would also be in the 4-5 diapers camp. Of course exceptions do occur on days with high liquid intake, say on partynights with lots of alcohol. I think amount of diapers wise you basically have 2 contradicting goals. First, you want to enjoy the advantage of diapers as much as possible (having to go to the bathroom as less as possible) This goal would dictate to reduce the changes per day to as low as possible... say only once, using the highest capacity diaper available. Unfortunately this goal gets contradicted by hygiene, since not smell to much and dont get rashes is also important ? For me, this has increased the optimal changes per day to the aforementioned 3. Anything less and my skin tells me NO! and if i ignore it for more than a few days i will get the rash as a thanks. Anything more kinda defeats the diapers advantage over the toilet. Regarding BMs i try to go on every diaper change, since i am doing this i very rarely have to "waste" a diaper prematurely.
