Been urinary incontinent to a degree for some time and the occasional bowel accident.  

I have decided to embrace it and start wearing full time rather than have to be close to a toilet.  

I can say no regrets in wearing nappies now in fact I think it has helped me.   I have always felt like this was supposed be me but his it.  I have always been really curious in the ABDL side and want to embrace it , feel I have been suppressing the feelings for so long.   

Found this site and amazed by all the help and support.
