First thing in the morning, on weekends, I shove a tunnel butt plug up my bum hole to become incontinent. I will walk around, fix myself a coffee, and sit at the computer. I can tell from the smell and feel in my diaper-brief that it's getting messy. I carry on doing things as usual. I enjoy sitting back down to feel the squish in my mini diaper.

I wish of wearing someone else's poopy/messy diaper. Done it a few years ago, hoping it will happen again. Also fantasizing of having someone opening my diaper in the back to poop in. That would be so awesome. I would sit down and wiggle my butt to feel that person's poo squishing and spreading all inside my diaper. Any offer? Who else wanna do it?

In general I have regular bowel movement. Wearing a tunnel butt plug in my diaper is a common (almost daily) practice to me. My butt hole is so accustomed that I mainly use the largest tunnel. I can easily keep it for hours as I carry on with regular activities. Walking, sitting, bending... I usually get a reminder of my anal device when I sit down fast; the puff of air blowing up from my diaper sends a scent of poop to my nose. Sometimes uncontrollable fart noises tell me my guts are working. i don't feel myself pooping but I can hear it and I can smell it. LOL. I wear diapers that can hold up to 6 liters of liquid, so, I will pee often before it's time to remove my diaper. Obviously, my diaper is not only going to be wet and heavy; it will be very messy. And... chances are it will be stinky. Lol. And then it's also time to expel my tunnel butt plug to clean it. Sometimes, it feels like something is missing when I remove my incontinence device. But I understand why... my plug is 3 1/4'wide on the insert end. Through a mirror I often look at my butt hole; watching my sphincter throbbing, slowly closing my butt hole gap created by a long period of anal stretching.

I find "naughty" and kinky the look of an over-filled diaper. Aesthetically pleasing... Messy blowouts are also a big turn on to me.

I just pooped in my diaper. Sitting at the computer I wiggle my bum; enjoying the squishy mess between my ass cheeks.
