I don’t feel compelled to tell anyone. My wife knows, my urologist andvstaff know. My children do not as far as I know. A friend once saw my diaper and so she knows, but that’s it.

I wore diapers at night till I was 12. I wore Stay Dry underpants till I was 8.

I was wearing a TENA flex brief but I tried some CVS brand flexible fit briefs (diapers) that fit better and are more absorbent. I sometimes wear plastic pants too.

I had mixed emotions about wearing diapers as an adult. I gad a lot of bad memories of wearing diapers as an older child and having to keep a change of clothes with the school nurse. The feel of a modern disposable diaper was very different from what I remember as a child. Technically, they are a much better product and I feel much more confident now about not wetting my pajamas and bed at night. Also I can wear them during the day. That first night back I felt really down about it but now I wouldn’t go without.

Most of the time I put it on standing up. With practice it goes on pretty well. I’ve tried it laying down but it’s just most convienent to stand up.

I wake up wet most everyday. I like the feel of a full diaper. Sometimes when I get out of bed that triggers some more pee to come out. I always use a generous amount of protective cream so I don’t get a rash.

I’m pretty traditional. Always had to wear pajamas and still do. PJ pants and a tee shirt over my diaper in summer. Winter time I wear long sleeve top and bottoms.
