IMO, loose plastic pants don't do anything to keep wetness contained - no matter what diaper type you use. From my limited experience with plastic pants, snug is best...not too tight & not loose, either.

I identify as "Other" (Advanced baby/baby boy - also incontinent) No forced diapering for me as a chrono kid. I was, however, treated not very nicely for peeing/pooping my pants, even though they were accidents and I did try to work with what little control I had at the time.

[Rash/irritation Prevention Product Question]

I don't use Desitin to prevent rashes. My prevention is keeping hydrated (more hydrated = less ammonia = less irritating urine) & changing as often as I need it. I never stay in a really soaked diaper for very long if I can help it.

My biggest annoyance is when people have no profile information & the first post they make is one asking for a Mommy and/or Daddy. Bonus annoyance points if they don't even try to make their post readable.
