Thanks to all for the suggestions. Jockey seems to be the cheapest. Sarah, I've tried boxer briefs before and they don't give the full cupping action of just regular briefs. Maybe they have changed, or of course the quality of what I bought is unknown. Does your hubby wear diapers? Wondering if his opinion could help if he knows what it's like to be fully cupped with diapers? Phil

I know it seems out of place to be asking for a underwear recommendation on the DD forum but please read on. I looking for help finding regular underwear, {briefs, tighty whiteys}. Maybe fellow males like myself who are at least part time slaves to the porcelain King can help! I trained myself to wet at night so at least for now I'll be still diapered at night and will continue to be diapered during the day when I can. Due to my financial situation {laid off already for 6 months!} I'm trying to cut back. For over a year now I've been wearing Depend pull-ups and love the comfort and security that they give me. I figured for now I'll go back to Depend Guards in my underwear, this is the minimum because I drip a lot and have spurts coming out after urination. The problem I have with underwear from Hanes or Fruit of the Loom is that after just a couple of washes the elastic in the groin area gives out. Adding the pad there makes it worse and my guys don't get the support and it feels uncomfortable. I guess being diapered for so many years I want that full cupped support, I can't understand why guys wear boxers {need to support the troops!}. For now all I can do is use a diaper pin on each side and pull up the underwear to the elastic waistband, it looks like a bikini this way. Doing this then draws up the sloping groin area. But the pins right against the skin with pants on is uncomfortable. So if you have a recommendation for a good brief please let me know. Do you think the federal government will offer me a bail out for my economic diaper crisis! Phil

How about for mood light, use them as lamp shades! I'm guessing the chemical Repaid 1 is referring to is Armour All. It's used on dashboards to prevent them from getting brittle. I'll try it on a pair that is getting brittle, this pair is from b4ns that I bought about 5 years ago. I highly recommend them but they are very expensive. I'll try it on mone and give a report back, wonder if it will be a problem going on the skin? I highly recommend Fetware's high back polyurethane pants, they are noisy but fun and feel good. I brought this up a few months ago when I suffered 2 UTI's within 6 weeks. I wear diapers every night and other absorbent padding during the day. The consensus at that time was that they don't cause UTI's. I was going to ask my Urologist but he was a foreigner and the questions were going so fast that I decided not to tell him about wearing diapers. I haven't had another UTI in 2 months! I started to take cranberry and Saw Palmetto pills everyday along with the Dr. giving a script for Flomax which I will stop this weekend. If I do get another UTI my only option will be to stop diapers until I get another UTI, I would need to rule diapers out. I hope I don't have to do this since I trained myself to wet at night, I'll have to go cold turkey and start toilet training ASAP! Phil

I drink lots of water, always have. I'll drink a few glasses while watching TV at night and a full glass before bed. When I woke up this morning my diaper was soaked, to the point where the waistline of the diaper was damp and ready to leak. I'm still in that diaper with plastic pants right now, you know that feeling like you're sitting on top of jello! I've noticed over the past few days when I urinate in my diaper there is a slight burning/cutting feeling on the tip of the penis. I guess this is due to the constriction the penis in the diaper? I was given antibotics, in fact I was on them for 6 weeks, two different ones. I just started my last sample bottle of Flomax, one week to go. Can't really say that it has done much for the flow? Phil

I like trying to 'expose' myself in a store however I wouldn't be comfortable doing what he did. First I wouldn't pull my pants down like these morons who walk around showing there underwear and having their belt around their hips or lower. Second I wouldn't do it in front of children or men. What I have tried without success so far is with women is to bend down as I'm looking at a product on a lower shelf where the top of the back of my diaper is slightly exposed. I would only do this in a store that isn't in my neighborhood. Phil

I had 2 UTI's within 6 weeks. The Uroligist suggsted Flomax because he thought the stronger flow would be better to clear out the urethra therefore less chance of infection. Also he found that my prostate is somewhat enlargedwith calcification of my prostate {stones}. I knew what Flomax was and when he suggested it, the first thing I though was the contradiction with wetting at night. He also asked how many times I wet at night, I told him three times so this was another reason he wanted me to take it. This is why I posted this, I don't want to take it and I thought I would decide with other comments here in the forum. I've stated to take Cranberry supplements and Saw Palmetto. Right now I'm using samples of the Flomax and have the script to fill. I'm thinking of not using the Flomax but if I do get another UTI soon I'll not only have to take it but I'm going to have to stop wearing diapers at night! Phil

I started to take Flomax about 3 weeks ago. Since I trained myself to wet at night I've found now I tend to wake up with a strong urge to wet, so I have to relax my body and pee. So the flow is stronger which is the drug intent but instead of my body being relaxed and just wetting I'm waking up. I'm wondering if anyone else started to take this drug after successfully training themselves to be diaper dependent at night? Phil

Today I went to my Nephew's hockey championship. He could have been in just one game but since they won the first and second they went ahead and won it all in the third game. The first game started at 10 and the last one was at 2. Of course I was going to be diapered. I decided to wear a Tranquility with a Huggies Overnite, unlike other times when I would wear plastic pants with a liner as insurance when I'm out for a long time or with others, I figured I wouldn't since this combo was a very successful dual and I wanted that fun feeling of just wearing a disposable. Before the third game I had already wet it enough to the point it was getting soaked but I still had confidence it would last. I went to the bathroom ino this park to wash my hands after having some potato chips. While in there I wetting some more and noticed my diaper was starting to leak. I've had to remove my diaper in the past while out because it was past being soaked, I would usually have the plastic pants with the liner so I would have something on besides just pants. So not having anything I had to be careful of spotting from dripping. So I went ahead and quietly removed the diaper in the stall but then I realized the bathroom didn't have any trash cans! The park was hosting many teams today so it was packed. I had to walk out of the stall and hide my large rolled up diaper behind me, go outside around the building and dump it in the outside trash. Keeping in mind that there were lots of kids there. And if someone saw me they might have seen me with my nephew and brother along with his wife! Well luckily nobody seem to see the diaper In the trash I hid it, again I didn't want a kid to see a large diaper. When I went back to the aluminum bleachers it was a very unusual feeling to feel my bony ass against the cold surface. Close call today, sometimes our powerhouse diapers can fail without notice! I was disappointed, considering the extent she goes with her show, I was hoping to at least get a scene of her in a diaper! For those that saw the show, do you think that those who start to wet their bed would go so far as not to have to wear diapers? The shows story is a farce but I'm sure people would go to such extremes before getting diapered. Even if the person would stop drinking at 6PM why not just put on a diaper and prevent the chance of wetting the bed. I guess I'm too much into diapers to understand how others view diapers. Phil

I use the Depend Boost during the day but I found Huggies Overnite to be hte best stuffer for night. Phil

Angela, What disposables do you wear to work? I've found it imperative to wear plastic pants with an absorbent liner while out for long periods or going to places that any spotting is prohibited. Right now I use Tranquility ATN, either with a Depend Booster or a Huggies overnite. Phil

Tranquility is my night time diaper and also is now my daytime diaper too. I've been using Tranquility for 2 years now. They are thin but their gel is much better than others. At bedtime I always use a Huggies overnite with them, between the two they are just as good as Molicare. Phil

Here's two scoops on Huggies Overnites. First I've been using Overnites size 5 at night as a stuffer for 4 years now and I would buy the 54 count bag at Wal-Mart. I've noticed over the past 1 to 1 1/2 years that the price of the 52 count has gone up $2. Now today I find that the count has gone down to 46! Frustrated that I had no choice I put the bag in my cart, I then looked again at the shelf and noticed size 6! The size 6 bag is more square unlike size 5 which is long. The size 6 is for 46 and the same price as the size 5, $19.47. Of course when I got to the car I ripped open the package but was surprised that the size looked the same. When I got home I confirmed this by putting them side to side, also the padding is just as thick. What is different is the tabs, the tab is longer about by 2" and the front has a tab that is to stretch the diaper over the sides. When using the diaper I would just rip off the tabs, I can leave these new front tabs in place because they are soft enough against the skin. I'm going to the Huggies website and complain about the size reduction of the packages. this on top of my electric bill this month being an extra $35 for fuel surcharge! Phil

I own two handguns. I obtained my carry permit last year and I plan to purchase another and to stock up on ammo. I have these weapons for self defense at home and on the outside. I feel the importance of owing these weapons due to the increasing rate of our lawless society which includes our feeble justice system and our country being overrun by illegal aliens. I also predict that if "Nobama" gets elected, besides his socialist agenda, he will include banning weapons for the law abiding through out the country. Not to long ago I heard a radio talk show host say something that is so brilliant, simple and gets the to the point. This was right after another mall or school shooting. Typical scenario, where some nut job started to shoot and kill. While the idiotic sheepish public waits to be slaughtered before the nut job usually kill themselves and then the police arrive to do the paperwork. I'm going to wear a disposable diaper for a Halloween Party. The diaper has a yellow indicator that turns blue when wet. Have you noticed that it's heat that changes the color? I want to change it to blue before wearing it, this way no one at the party will notices the change, thinking that I'm wetting. I'm wondering if I could run a hair dryer quickly over the diaper till it changes to blue. I'm going to wear a Wal-Mart Assurance diaper on the outside, this is the costume. I think this is the most baby looking, plus unlike so many other diapers this has a simple indicator line without all of the printing. The inner diaper will be a Tranquility diaper that I will be wetting while at the party. "My experience is that in bed cloth-like clings to sheets and blankets, pulling gaps at the wrong times, causing leaks. Angela that's another good point you brought up if you only use disposables. There's nothing like the way you can slide around with plastic! Also I find a lot of fraying against jeans with the cloth like backing. Angela I mentioned this before in another posting. I envy you, you mother embraced diapers as a practical item and not something that should be scorned. I don't know about that theory! I'm 47 and I was in cloth diapers and rubber pants as a child. Diapers are a lifestyle now for me but the fetish has always been for plastic. When I was a teen I finally got the nerve to buy some Pampers, this was maybe 1976. Right now thinking about the first times with Pampers is bringing back such intense pleasurable moments. Besides the incredible rich aroma of the sweet baby powder scent that was in those Pampers the pleasure of that soft luscious white plastic was just awesome. To this day every time I diaper myself which includes every night, I just have to rub my hand over the plastic like it was the first time. The whiter and the softer the better! My first diaper fetish memories were at 4 or even younger around the time my younger sister was born, seeing the cloth diapers and rubber pants. I think some of my earliest memories were of that. Then as a young teen using a tee shirt and putting it on like a diaper. But I was drawn to go out and buy disposable diapers. For me and I think for most DL's who prefer plastic backing, we share our diaper fetish with one or more of fetishes for Latex/Rubber/PVC/Vinyl/Leather, basically a desire for smooth shiny material against our bodies or others. As mentioned diapers are a lifestyle for me now, if plastic disappears from disposables I will and need to use the cloth back ones, although the pleasure won't be the same. But then when my diaper gets all warm and wet it will feel great. Plastic pants though can't replace the plastic on the diapers. Because they lack the form fitting and tightness of the plastic on a disposable. For me I'm 100% for pictures of women in plastic disposables for that reason, the disposable gives that great form fitting against a beautiful woman's body. To me a woman in a plastic back disposable is more attractive than seeing her in the sexist lingerie! A side note here, I haven't used Depend Guards for a few years now, When I first started to use them in 1999 they had a plastic backing, a few years later they went to a cloth backing then went back to plastic. I suspect that plastic is cheaper to produce. Keep in mind that under the paper cloth backing is a thin sheet of plastic that is still the waterproof backing. So the paper-cloth is an extra expense that I guess is to make people feel like they're not using a baby-like product. Just like diapers to "briefs" nonsense. Hi Lex, "No problem. I wouldn't worry about the doctor sending you for additional tests." I worry about that financially, I don't want to spend money on my co-pays for something that I know isn't a medically problem. I'll just have to ask him and direct him to only test that are relevant to the UTI's. "I'd just tell him outright that you enjoy wearing diapers..." Hmm, I would like too but I don't see me getting enough nerve to say that. What I would say that using diapers is something Ive gotten use to and find helps me get a good night sleep. Thanks, Phil
