Sherry stood right outside the a heavily-locked door as she listened to the screams and roars coming from inside. When the yelling and screaming finally stopped, Sherry heard every lock on the door unlock until finally Noah walked out. Behind him was the new boy named John strapped down on a table and transformed into his beast form. His mouth was forced wide open and it was obvious he was in a lot of pain. “So how was it?” Sherry asked. “God damn wisdom teeth are a pain. Trying to pull one out of a fucking hybrid that much stronger than a werewolf? Even harder,” Noah told her as he held up 4 bloody fangs. “One of the drawbacks on what he’s become, but at least he won't be in pain for much longer.” Sherry commented. “Yeah, they are resistant to most physical and magical inforced pain, but one wisdom tooth droops them to their knees.” Noah commented. “So what are you going to do with them?” Sherry asked despite already guessing the answer. “Do what I did with the last ones. But this time make it better.” Noha told her as he smirked. The thoughts of making a new and better sword excited him. “Speaking of which, i wonder how Alex and Bab are doing with their's?” ************** Chained to a wall, I'm dying of thirst. But nothing i'm given seems to quench that thirst. I don't know how long I was on this wall. My mind keeps cutting out and I can't think straight. RRRRRRAAAAA!!!!! Bab and her sisters just stare and my thrashing body. I don't even see them despite them being right there. “This is going to be very rough on him.” Melanthe told Bab. “we're going to be taking a lot more risks for this.” “But he did risk his life, and without his sword, we might all be dead.” Layna commented. “Yes, but even so. We will only go as far with this process as possible. If it succeeds then that's good. But if not, he will be killed.” Melanthe told them both. Bab just looked right at me. Chained to a wall with no sign of the man I once was. Bab just gave a silent nod to her sisters. No matter what, she wanted me back to normal, or to finally be put out of my misery. With that the sisters escorted Bab outside and commanded a few of the remaining Vampires to watch over her while they do what they must. After locking the door Melanthe turned back to face me. “Were sorry we didn't do anything before.” she told me. “But this technique is very dangerous on its own. Let alone what we are going to do now.” “Melanthe is able to sense the few remaining parts of you that aren't ghoul yet and by using her light, she can burn away the ghoul part and have you heal.” Layna commented. “But it's not that simple. There are parts of your body that need to be dealt with carefully, such as your brain or heart, if not done right, this possibly can kill you.” Melanthe told me. “Not to mention the amount of magic we must use. While she destroys the ghoul part, I use my darkness to protect the human part and allow it to heal without being burned by the light. If we use up all of our magic, then it's over.” Layna said. “If we run out of magic before the process is over, the ghoul part will easily consume the newly healed human part of you before we can stop it,” I just roared again. Not even understanding anything they said. But they knew that. That little speech was just to set their minds at ease for what they were going to do. Normally, they don't ever risk using all of their magic on anything. Just incase they happen to be killed and be stuck as newborns. But after what happened, they decided to fisk it. They were already down to below half of their magic and i was almost 87% ghoul. Their plan: to focus on the hardest parts of my body first and be as careful as possible before speeding it up and using more magic to burn away even more than they should and hope i heal fast enough before they run out of magic. Both sisters took a few deep breaths and placed a hand over my heart, then they burned a hole right through it. ******** In my mind, I felt like I was on fire. “They are trying to save you.” Scarlet told me as she stood in front of me. “Scarlet, can you answer me something?” I asked. “Why are you so mad at me?” Scarlet just stared at me for a moment before she disappeared. Soon, the void all around me started to change until i was back in my old home. It didn't take me long before I saw a younger version of me and Scarlet running around the house to get ready. The adults were away and letting us stay home by ourselves for the first time ever! Back then it was so exciting! We made a little tent in front of the TV, we made plenty of snacks, and we were already in our pajamas. Scarlet was so excited she accidentally wet her pull up and had to go change it. When it was finally time to watch the movie we picked out, I sat down on a pillow while leaning back on the couch while Scarlet decided to sit on my lap and lean on me. We stayed up very late and Scarlet wound up falling asleep on me. I had to be very careful when getting her off and laying her on our little bed as i covered us up to go to sleep. “Good knight Scarlet.” I tell her “Good night…*yawn*...big brother.” Scarlett said as she slightly woke up and fell back asleep. I myself couldn't help but smile at that as my younger self got into bed right next to scarlet and went to sleep. Was this what the other scarlet wanted me to see? One of the last memories I had of scarlet? Why? My answer came at 3:42 am with a knock on the door, and I don't remember that ever happening. Both Scarlet and I woke up as I got up to go see who it was. Immediately my burning heart began to race as I watched myself go to the door. “DON'T!” I screamed and not knowing why. When my younger self opened the door, i was greeted by a man in a mask. I suddenly could not move. Could do nothing but watch as 3 men came into my home and tied Scarlet and me up. One of them knew Scarlet’s dad and knew our parents wouldn't be home this night. It felt like this flashback was speeding up as my younger self had somehow managed to get untied. “Scarlet, I'll be right back.” I told her in a whisper. “N-no! No!” scarlet cried. “Don't go!” “Scar, I have to! I need to call the police!” I tell her. And despite her pleads, I try to make my way out. But I barely managed to get to the phone and quickly dial 911 before I was spotted! Two of the men ran away when they realized they were about to be caught, but the last stayed. I was grabbed by the neck and lifted into the air. I was frantically kicking my legs as the man yelled at me about how I ruined his job. That's when Scarlet came running in. somehow she had gotten untied just like me and grabbed a small kitchen knife. She stabbed that knife into the man's leg and made him drop me before smacking Scarlet away. “SAVE HER!” I screamed at my younger self. “SAVE SCARLET!” But the younger me didn't listen as he pissed himself and ran as the man pulled the knife out. I ran away and hid. Terrified and scared for my life. “You left me.” Scarlet appeared beside me as we were forced to follow my younger self in hiding in a closet. Frantically I tried to move, tried to get back to Scarlet to save her! “This is just a memory.” Scarlet told me. “You can't change it.” “THIS IS NOT A MEMORY!” I yelled at her. “None of this happened, none of this could happen!” “When was the last time you saw me?” Scarlet asked. “When you left!” I yelled. “Realy? What did you say to me?” scarlet asked. I opened my mouth to say ‘goodbye’ but I don't remember her ever saying goodbye to me. No! I know i saw them leave! It was when I was in the hospital! Or was it after!? But I just couldn't remember anything past this day. Soon, a Cop had found my hiding spot. I was then rushed out of the house, but not before seeing one last look at scarlet that I wish I hadn't. My younger self was then taken to the hospital, the look of pure horror on my face. I didn't say a word. I just stared blankly at anything even as my mom cried when she saw me. “You were like that for days.” Scarlet told me. “N-no!” I yelled at her. “Why don't I remember any of this!” Scarlet said nothing and pointed back at my younger self. The scene had changed to a new location. A temporary home we stayed in. My mother was crying on her bed when the younger me walked into the room. “Mom?” I asked My mother jumped up startled. Like she hadn't heard me speak in weeks. “Mom, why did Scarlett and her dad move?” I asked. My mother just burst into more tears as she rushed over to hug me. “It’s ok, mom. I'm sure they will be back.” my younger self told her as I hugged her back to comfort her. I just stared at it all. “You blocked this from your memory.” scarlet told me. “As soon as my daddy left from grief, you just repressed it all and made something up to cope with what happened.” The scene then disappeared and we were back in the void. I finally fell to my knees in utter shock at what happened. “You see now why I'm upset.” Scarlet asked me as she walked closer. “You see now how you left me to die. Scared and alone!” With one swift motion of her hand i was suddenly flung away from her. “I died because you were scared! I can never grow up because you ran away and left me!” Scarlett screamed as she appeared in front of me again. “Then you have the nerve to forget what you have done! I was on the ground as I looked up at scarlet, her face covered in blood and her eyes pitch black. “Now your trying to pretend that little girl is some type of replacement for me!” Scarlet grabbed me by my shirt and so she could then scream in my face. “I'M DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU!” I stared right into her eyes and slowly, gently, touched her face. “I'm sorry.” I tell her. Before she had a chance to do anything I pulled her into a hug. She tried to struggle, tried to break free, but despite the amount of pain I felt coming from her, I took it all and held on to her. “I'm sorry for what I did. I'm sorry for being a scared little boy who left you.” I tell scarlet. “I'm sorry I didn't hold up to the name of a good big brother. I'm sorry I forgot you.” I squeezed her tighter as tears rolled down my face. “If I could go back I would gladly trade places. I never meant to hurt you. I never meant to forget you.” When I let go I looked Scarlet right in her black eyes. “I don't mind if you hate me. I hate myself for what I did.” I tell her before grabbing her hands. “But just know, Bab would never replace you. You are, and will always be my little sister that I love so much.” Scarlet’s face seemed to change back to normal as she herself started crying. I was back in my younger form and held onto her. Two small kids crying in a white void. ********* Bab sat outside that door. Sitting in a dirty diaper for almost 2 hours but refusing to move from her spot until that door opened. When it did, she and the other vampire guards jumped up. I stumbled my way out, covered in blood, bald, and burned all over. “ALEX!” Bab screamed as I fell to my knees and she rushed over to help me stay up. Behind me, both queens were on the ground unconscious. The Vampires immediately rushed in to help their queens and leaving me and Bab alone for just a moment. I looked right into Bab’s eyes and gave her a smile. “Sorry, you're still stuck with me.” I tell Bab as she sees I no longer have red eyes or fangs before i fall unconscious on the floor. Finally, the tears of relief she was holding back came out as Bab hugged my unconscious body. The end for act 2 FINALY!!!! We've reached the end of this arc! But the story is not done. No, this is only the halfway point. Don't worry, the next arc wont take nearly as long and won't be nearly as dark, I think i'll call it the Sea Foam arc. But before i get to that, i have a big announcement. I have asked 4 other diaper authors and they have agreed to do a Dropped in a new world CROSSOVER SPECIAL! This will be a long story that have characters from- Wannatripbaby’s - Angel Hunter! Pinkthedinosaur’s - Forced to save dreamland! Lily-celeste’s - Crystal diaper magic! inkuhime - A too late magical girl! I would like to thank all of them for helping me with this crossover! This story will be non canon to all of our stories and will just be made for fun. But i do have some bad news. While i finally have use of my hand again, (yay!) i will be trying to pick up as many work hours as i can to pay back a few friends who helped me with rent and other things. (couldn't work for a month with a broken hand.) so i still won't be writing as much as i would like but it will get done. Also, i plan on continuing fixing older chapters of this story. A lot of them had spelling mistakes and lost opportunities that i want to fix. So far i've gotten around 15 chapters fixed thanks to my great edditors. So in my spare time I plan on fixing that. Now then, i have something to ask all everyone who reads this, what did you think of this arc? Personally, this summer has kicked my ass and i have a lot of stuff i wish i could fix in this arc that in plan on fixing later. I got my hand back yesterday! lol ok, so I went to the doctor and got the all clear to start using my hand again. you never realize just how hard life is one-handed until you cant use one hand. so now I can finally start doing stuff again! YA! another bit of good news, I already have the new chapter of dropped in a new world finished! but because of a bit of miscommunication, I can't post it until tomorrow.

before you read! i would like to thank my friend @PinkTheDinosaur for all of their help with this chapter. with my hand being broken i dont think i would have gotten this done anytime soon. despite a lot of stuff happening in there personal life, they still did their hardest to make this a great chapter. i would also like to thank @wannatripbaby for his help in prof reading and spellchecking the story. next chapter will be the epilogue of this arc and will have a very big announcement. ********************** “RRRRRRRRRAAAAA!” I roared as a ran at Simon with my sword to kill this bastard! Instead, he reverted back into his human form and stopped my attack with his bare hand. “I didn't even feel that,” Simon said before punching me in the gut and kicking me away! “Alex!” Bab cried out. “Don't bother,” Simon told me. “I have all of the strengths of a werewolf and vampire with none of their weaknesses. Your sword wouldn't even cut me.” This time Bab gave it a shot and bolted him with electricity. But it didn't seem to affect him at all. “Why did you do this!” I yelled at Simon as I stood back up. “Because they are monsters. monsters who ruined not just my life, but others. They deserve to die and rid this world of their evil.” Simon told me. That's when I began to hear the roars and screams coming from the castle. “What's happening!” I yelled “It's the vampires and werewolves!” Bab told me. “With my sisters gone there lifeline to the originals has been cut. their dying!” “W-wait, why isn't it affecting me?” I asked slightly confused. “Your still partly human,” Simon told me. “Once you finish turning then it will kill you.” With that, he turned around and started walking away. His work was now done. I really wanted to kill him as he started to walk away. But what could I do? He’s already far stronger and faster then I am. As soon as Simon was a good distance away, Bab ran over to where her sisters were. She plopped down on her knees and looked at her sister's broken bodies. “Bab,” I say as I crouch down next to her. “I'm so sorry. They didn't deserve this.” “Alex, how long do you think you could distract him?” Bab asked me. “huh?” I asked confused. When Bab looked at me, she wasn't upset. I could see she knew something was going to happen. But what? That's when both of Bab’s sister’s bodies burst into flame! “WA!” I yelled in surprise! Layna’s body was engulfed in black flames while Melanthe was in a white fire. My surprise shout also got Simons attention as he turned around and was also shocked to see the queens engulfed in flames! “Whats going on?” Simon asked. “It's our mother's curse,” Bab told me as I watched the flames burn away the bodies. “If we were to die then we are brought back to life by phoenix fire.” Soon the fire seemed to die out as it left the bodies in ash, the flames focusing on just a small point in the middle of their ash body that slowly began to grow. Before me, I saw 2 babies engulfed in flames as they grew from the ashes of their old bodies. Slowly growing older and maturing until their bodies looked around 18 before the flames vanished. Immediately both naked reborn sisters began coughing and sucking in air. Not only was I shocked, but so was Simon! Wasting not a single moment, Melanthe spun around towards Simon and blasted him with her light blast again and knocked him away! “RUN NOW!” Layna yelled as all 3 sisters started running away. I was still shocked for a moment but I soon shook that off and ran after them. As soon as we were in the trees once more I could hear Simon let out a roar! ******** My mind was racing at what I had just seen. What the heck was that? We continued to run until we found a little cave that we were able to hide in. thanks to Layna’s dark magic, we were able to cover up the entrance to hide. But who knows for how long. “What the hell just happened back there!?” I asked in a harsh whisper. “We saw him crush you to death!” “That was our mother's curse,” Layna told me. “She passed it onto us.” I thought back to what Bab said about her mother. How she became immortal and stuff. “Wait, if you're immortal, why are you running from him?” I asked. “Even if he kills you, couldn't you just come right back and slowly kill him?” “It's not that simple.” Melanthe told me. “Unlike our mother who had full control of the Phoenix power, we do not. Just look at us.” To be honest, I was trying my hardest not to look at them at this moment. But I think I know what they mean. They did look a bit younger than before. “When we are killed, we are reborn into new bodies. Depending on how much magic we have, we can accelerate the aging or be stuck in a infants body.” Melanthe explained. “And just like bab, we wouldn't be able to grow up without help.” “Basically, we just used over 50% of our magic just to be at this age,” Layna told me. “And who knows what would happen if we are killed when our magic runs out.” I guess that makes sense, but I still had a few questions. Like if they can grow up like this, why doesn't Bab do that now that her magic is back? Before I could even ask them, we heard a frustrated roar! And it was dangerously close. “Ok, we need a plan on how to kill that thing.” Melanthe said to us in a whisper. “How?” Layna asked, “nothing we do seems to hurt it unless it's a surprise attack” “I think I might have an idea,” Bab tells them. “But first things first.” Bab pulls out my bag and hand both sisters one of my shirts to cover up with. Both sisters happily took the shirts that were big on them but worked well. “What's your idea?” I asked. “He’s strong but he can be hurt,” Bab told me. “How? I asked. “You and Melanthe shot him with magic and it didn't seem to really faze him.” “We saw him bleeding after fighting Gideon,” Bab told me. “What is she saying?” Layna asked me. “She said Gideon managed to make him bleed,”I told them not knowing what she meant. “But we also saw a silver arrow bounce off him.” Melanthe told me. “How could Gideon do that?” “Wait! Fertuitus said he and Dracula stabbed it in its eye!” Layna commented. “If its skin is too tough, its eyes and mouth should be soft spots for us to attack!” “But those regenerated.” Melanthe told her. “Even if we could attack them, it would only blind him for a short while.” “COME OUT!” Simon roars. “You know I'll find you eventually!” We all went quiet. We could see Simon in his silver beast form walking past us and looking all over. But soon he was gone again as he walked right past our hiding spot. “Looks like he can't track very well,” Layna commented. “But I don't know how long I can keep this up.” We needed a plan and fast. “I think I have an idea that might be able to kill him,” I told them All 4 girls looked at me. Including Scarlet who appeared in the center of them. “Oh, this should be good,” Scarlet commented but I ignore. “Bab, do you remember how we killed that aria boss?” I asked her. “The big bear one.” Bab thought for a moment before her eyes lit up. “What?” Melanthe asked. “If his eyes are a weak spot, then we just need to stab him there and let Bab shock him,” I tell them. “How will that work?” Layna asked. I pull out my knife and show them. “We fought a monster with tough skin before. But its insides were still normal. If I can stab my knife into his head and led Bab shock it, it might just be enough to kill him.” I tell them. “Or at the very least hurt him a lot.” “But there's a problem, he batted you away like nothing,” Bab told me and I had to translate. “Gideon so far has been the only one to physically stand up to him.” Melanthe pointed out. There was a point. Even if all of us tried, there is just no way for us to get that close without a lot of dumb luck. And we only have the one knife. Heck, not even fighter soul could really help in this state. “Wait a minute,” Bab said as she realized something. “Your ghoul strength!” I looked at her confused. “But that strength is unpredictable and mostly only occurs when I'm freaking out,” I tell her. “But couldn't Melanthe make you activate it?” Bab asked and I asked Melanthe for her. “I can make your ghoul mind come out, but that's it.” Melanthe told us. “I can't just bring out one part without the other.” “What if he suppresses it?” Layna asked. “What if you brought it out but he surprised the ghoul mind?” “What are you getting at?” Melanthe asked. “If he takes enough of his suppressive drugs, it might just be enough to hold off the ghoul mind temporarily and give us a small opening,” Layna told us. “But I thought you said it wouldn't work on me anymore,” I commented. “As normal, no. but with a big enough dose, possibly.” Layna told me. “Or you might overdose and die right away.” I took this all in. We can not do this and only have a small chance of winning, I can take the pills and possibly win, or I can take them and possibly die right away. “Alex,” Bab said as she took my hand. “You don't have to do this. We can still possibly run and hide.” I can only smile at her. A sad smile. We both know that won't work. Simon would eventually find us or I will turn ghoul and alert him to where we are. “Sorry Bab, this might be my last chance to be sane for just a little longer,” I tell her as I reach into my storage and pull out the container of pills. Half the bottle still full. I sigh loudly as I down the pills. Almost immediately I want to puck them out but I force my body to keep them down. “Ok…” I say before almost throwing up again. “Now what?” “Now, we see if this will work.” Melanthe said as she raised her hand and I saw a flash. ************** I was in a white void. Nothing here. Did I die? Or was this somehow part of becoming a ghoul? I had no idea. “Hello?” I called out. “Bab?” “Alex?” I heard Scarlet say as I turned around to see her. She looked just how I last remember her. She was in a funny pink bunny hoodie she liked to wear to bed with sweats. The top of her pull up was poking up from the top. She was holding a bowl of popcorn and looked like she was ready to watch a movie. “Why her?” Scarlet asked me. “Does she really mean more to you then I did?” “Scarlet!” I yelled pissed off. “I have no idea what you're talking about!” I could feel the white void begin to crack all around me but I paid it no mind for a moment. “You keep saying I killed you, that I somehow hurt you, that I betrayed you! But I don't know what you're talking about!” I yelled at her. “I'm truly sorry for whatever I did to you. And if haunting me until I die will satisfy you, then do it. But first, I'm going to save Bab just as I would for you!” I was panting after yelling and just looked at her blank face. The void continued to crack around us as I began to feel weird. “Well, I hope it doesn't turn out like last time,” Scarlet told me as her body began cracking just like the void. Before I could say anything, she and the void shattered. *********** I was panting like crazy as I collapsed onto my hands and knees. “Alex, are you ok?” Bab asked from behind her sisters as Melanthe held up her hand. She was ready to blast my head off if it didn't work. “I-it's still me,” I tell them with a weak smile. As I stood up, I immediately noticed the difference. My body felt amazing! Like I had shed off 500 pounds and felt more in control of myself then I have in weeks! “How do you feel?” Bab asked. “Like I could skin that mongrel,” I tell her with a slight smile on my face. “It won't be that easy, but we might have a chance now,” Layna told us “Ok. What's the plan?” I ask now with more confidence. ************ It was fairly easy to get Simon's attention, just a single bolt of electricity in the air was enough. Soon, Simon appeared opposite me off a small clearing. “Where are the girls, Alex?” Simon asked me as walked towards me. “I know they are around here somewhere, I can sense it.” “Oh, They're waiting for me to kill you before they come out of hiding,” I tell Simon with a smirk on my face. “Ha! Funny little comedian. But what can one ghoul do those hundreds of vampires and werewolves couldn't?” Simon asked me as he stopped a few feet away and looked down on me. “Mind if I ask something that's bugging me?” I asked, “what the hell are you?” Simon had a smirk on his face now. “I guess you can call me a hybrid,” Simon told me. “One loosely related to those monsters your protecting.” “Wait, how could you become a hybrid?” I asked now very confused. “Ask their sister,” Simon told me as he suddenly swung a fist at me that I had to dodge! Not too far away behind some trees, the girls are looking at themselves in shock by what they just herd. I had to constantly dodge all of Simon's attacks! Even with such a large body, he was surprisingly fast. Even with this ghoul power up, I don't think I would survive a blow from him. Finally, I saw a small opening were I ducked under simons arms and started wailing on his stomach and chest, it felt like I was hitting a fucking wall! “Nice try!” Simon told me as he grabbed me by the back of my shirt and tossed me away! “Just give it up,” Simon told me. “We both know you don't have long to live. Why not just take that little girl and run while you still can.” “Why would we run, you're just going to kill us all anyway,”I tell him as I stand back up and get in a fighting position. “No, I'm just here for the monsters,” Simon told me. “You're free to leave.” He was standing up straight, not even bothering to get in a defensive position. We both knew there wasn't much I could do to him anyway so why bother? “Nice offer, but I think I'll stick with killing you,” I tell Simon as I charge forward! “When will you people learn,” Simon said as he started to raise his arms to grab me. But I surprised him as at the last moment, I lunged to his left and leaped onto a nearby tree and used that to kick myself above simons head! This was just what I was waiting for. My hand was already in storage as I pulled out the knife, ready to stab this fucker right in his eye! But in a flash, I was stopped… Simon grabbed my hand so fast I didn't have time to process it before I was swung right into a tree! My body erupted in pain as he lifted me up and grabbed my neck. “I warned you,” Simon told me as he began squeezing my neck. As I'm being choked I try to punch Simon’s arm as hard as I could with my one free arm, but it was no good. He continued to squeeze as I tried to breathe, gasping for air. I was staring right into Simons red and gold eyes as my vision began to go dark. “Shhh,” Simon whispered to me. “Both of our pain is almost over.” Suddenly something hit Simon and his grip on my neck loosened and I was able to suck in air! “PUT HIM DOWN!” Bab screamed! Simon spun around to see Bab standing right next to the large tree she and her sisters were hiding behind. “BAB! RUN!” I yelled as the sudden realization of what she had just done hit her. Simon then lifted me up and tossed me as far away from him as he could before sprinting after the girls! “FINALLY!” Simon roared as he got closer! The girls had no time to do anything. They couldn't hide, they couldn't attack, they were defenseless. But as Simon grew near, something lunged out from behind the girls and tackled Simon away! The black werewolf let out a roar as it started trying to tare and bite at Simon’s face! “WANNATRIP!” Layna yelled relieved to see him. “Where do you pests keep coming from!” Simon roared as he managed to knock Wannatrip away from him. Both beasts stood up. Wannatrip panting and bleeding from claw marks across the right side of his face. “Out of my way! Simon roared. “You can't stop me!” “No, but we can!” someone yelled as more werewolves and vampires erupted from the trees! “What!” Simon roared as he was now being swarmed by them and was trying to knock them away as the vampires tried slashing at him, or the werewolves clawed at him. In the middle of the crisis, the surprised queens were greeted by Dracula as he ran up to them. “My queens!” he said as he did a small bow. “Please, we must get you away from here now!” “Wait, how did you get here!” Melanthe asked. “What happened to the rest of the kingdom!” “He’s no longer controlling us!” Fortuitous said as he leaped off a werewolf and landed right next to the queens. “Whatever way he was controlling us seems to have stopped when our connection with you was cut for that short amount of time..” “Once it was back, we saw the lightning attacks and raced right over to save you,” Dracula told them. “Wait, where's Bab?” Layna commented as the queens realized Bab was now gone! But she wasn't too hard to find as the queens spotted her dodging the waves of vampires and werewolves going after Simon as she ran towards my body. “I'm sorry my queens, but we must get you way now before it's too late,” Dracula told them. Both of them, however, did not move. All they could do was sit there and look at their people throwing themselves at a monster that was tearing them to pieces. Was this really what they were reduced to? Just running and hiding while their people get slaughtered for them? “Melanthe, he’ll find us eventually.” Layna calmly told her sister as she stood up. “Yeah, so no point in running anymore.” Melanthe said as she stood up as well. “My queens, please, there is no way you could fight that thing!” Dracula told them “it will either kill you, or your own magic will!” “You're right,” Melanthe told him. “But we still have one last option,” Layna told him. Both girls took a deep breath as they faced each other and put their hands out. Between their hands, a small black ball began to form. Its size slowly growing as the girls lifted their hands up and had the ball float up into the sky. Suddenly, everyone, even Simon, momentarily stopped to look up at the large black mass that was now starting to cover the moon's gentle glow. The dark mass continued to grow until it had completely covered the moonlight above them. “Blood Moon Rising.” both girls said as they called upon their most dangerous spell. Almost like a giant monster, the black ball began to split apart just like a giant bright red eye was now staring down at them all, bathing them all in red light. “What is that?” Simon asked when he suddenly heard the roar of pain erupting from all around him. All around him werewolves were roaring at the red moon as all of their bodies seemed to grow slightly. Their eyes turned from a gold to bloodshot as they all turned back to Simon and attacked! This time, they were much stronger! “What did you do to them!?” Fictitious asked. “With Layna’s dark magic acting like a filter, we are able to make a special light that triggers a werewolves monsters instincts.” Melanthe told him as she winced in pain as her hands began to burn. “B-but, it has two drawbacks,” Layna replied as her eyes began to darken. “We have to constantly be poring magic into it, and if we lose focus, the werewolves could turn mindless and attack a-anything.” Dracula was shocked to see this type of ability as he saw all the werewolves actually doing some damage to that monster. “Come on, we need to kill it before our queens hurt themselves too much,” Dracula told Fortuitous as they both went to join the fight. ******** While the fighting was going on, Bab somehow managed to run all the way to where I was. “Alex!” Bab screamed as she began shaking my body trying to make sure I wasn't dead. I let out a loud grown as I force my body to sit up. “Alex!” Bab squealed as she leaped onto me and hugged me. “I-its ok Bab. i-um good,” I told her as I calmed her down for a moment. That's when I looked up and saw the carnage that was happening. I was completely confused by what was happening. The blood moon high above us, the werewolves and vampires fighting Simon, it was all chaos. But I did notice something else: Despite the werewolves and vampires all outnumbering him, Simon was still not being really hurt by any of them! Not to mention Simon was now on guard about his eyes now as I saw him stop Dracula from trying to stab them. ‘What the fuck! Why can't any of us hurt this bastard!’ i think to myself as I try to think of something. Anything to stop him. “Alex, your bleeding!” Bab told me as I looked down at what she was looking at. “Bad!” Looking down at my arm I could see it covered in blood! But strangely, my arm didn't feel like it was cut at all? After examining it, the blood wasn't coming from my arm? “It's not my blood,” I tell Bab who was slightly relieved. But where did this blood come from? I began to think about it, Simon was the only one to grab my arm, but why would Blood be covering his hands? As far as I could remember, I don't remember seeing blood anywhere on Simon before. If anything, it would only be on his claws. I even tried to think back to when I tried to attack him earlier and I don't remember seeing any blood on his head when he caught my… The sudden realization hit me like a ton of bricks! “MY SWORD!” I yelled out! “W-what?” Bab asked surprised. “I don't know how, but my sword cut him!” I told Bab. “Wait, why would only your sword cut him when nothing else will?” bab asked me “I don't know! But we now have something that can kill him!” I tell Bab as I pull out my sword. “Alex, wait!” Bab told me before I could run back into the fight. I stopped and looked back at Bab. a strange look of sadness was on her face and she looked like she wanted to tell me something really bad. In her mind, she really did want to tell me something. That she didn't want to risk me going back to fight Simon. She didn't want to see me hurt anymore. She wanted this all to be over and go back to how things were before. But instead, she shook her head and smiled. “Kill that bastard,” Bab told me. “I will, Bab,” I tell Bab and pulled her close for one last hug. “When this is over, remind me to treat you to something nice.” With that, I turn back to where Simon was “Okay, Yoake, let's kill this bastard,” I tell my sword. “FIGHTER SOUL!” I was planning on using that skill earlier in our fight but I wanted to get a read on Simons fighting before I risked using it. Had I used it earlier, it might have been more helpful, but I think it would have ended the same. But now that we have a trump card, I don't have to hold back! I rocket forward as I see Simon tossing rampaging werewolves and vampires aside!.  “SIMON!” I scream out as I leaped into the air high above him. “DIE!” ‘WHEN WILL YOU LEARN!” Simon roared as he reached out his hand to catch my blade once more. But as my sword was about to touch his hand, the blade began to glow. “RRRRRRAAAAAA!!!!!!” Simon roared in pain as everyone froze to stare at Simon with his fingers sliced off, and me holding a new blade. The sword was now at a regular sword's length. The grip was now perfectly in shape with my hand and felt like it was truly just an extension of my arm. The hilt was shaped like a 7 pointed star. And the blade itself was a dark red color with 2 large holes in the center of the blade. at the bottom of the handle, there was a small spike pointing out. Simon immediately leaped away from me as he examined his hand. Seeing 4 fingers now missing. “DON'T LET UP!” Dracula yelled at everyone. “He can be hurt!” The roars grew louder as everyone rushed Simon again! Simon didn't have time to even question what had just happened to his hand when many more werewolves and vampires attacked! Simon was beating, clawing, and biting many of them as they attacked. But that left him very open as I managed to rush behind him and slash at his back! I would have cut deeper, but there was a vampire on his back that I didn't want to risk cutting as well. Simon let out a loud cry of pain from my slash and Wannatrip took this advantage to get up close and punch Simon as hard as he can! While it wasn't far, Simon was knocked off his feet and knocked to the ground with a heavy thud! With him on the ground, everyone piled onto him. I was panting as I saw it happening and knew it wouldn't be long before Simon is up again. He was already thrashing about and throwing monsters off of him. “How the hell is that sword able to cut him?” Fertuitus asked me as he ran up to me. “Not even our silver is working on him.” “Don't know, don't care,” I tell him. “But I need a larger opening to deal any real damage. With everyone around him, I can't get a good attack without possibly killing someone and I don't know how long my strength will last.” Fertuitus did a quick scan of the area and who was attacking Simon. He suddenly had an idea as he spotted a few people. “I'll create the opening, just continue what you're doing!” Fertuitus told me as he ran off I could only nod and leap back into the fight to cut Simon up a little more and hope I don't kill anyone else. ***** Fertuitus, on the other hand, stopped beside Wannatrip and a few other werewolves and started whistling to get their attention. Once he had it, he told them his plan and what he needed them to do. They nodded and ran to get into position. As Fertuitus was about to go to his, he stepped on something. As he looked down he grinned. “Those might come in handy,” Fertuitus told himself. ***** Simon was becoming more monstrous by the second as every time he seemed to get one vampire or werewolf off of him, I would quickly slash at him. Before he could attack me, however, something would attack him from another side and distract him. Even with his one hand, he was still tearing right through most of us. Finally, he was able to finally break free of some of the vampires and werewolves holding him back and he charged right at me. Undoubtedly to get rid of the only sword able to cut him for some reason. “ICE WALL!” I yelled as I swung my sword to create the ice wall in front of me that Simon smashed right through! “FUCK!” Suddenly I was tackled out of the way of the charging beast by Dracula! Simon went rushing past us and tumbled for a moment before getting up to look at us. “Damn mongrel, I'll kill you for harming our queens!" Dracula commented as he had his dagger ready to fight as I got back up. Simon just lets out more roars. At this point, he was more beast than man. Simon charged once again, but this time, Dracula shoved me behind him as he charged forward and leaped into the air. Dracula tried to do the same thing I did earlier and go for Simon's eyes, but just like with me, Simon grabbed Drac and started slamming him into the ground before tossing him aside and charging at me once more! I tried to dodge out of the way, but I wasn't fast enough and Simon managed to grab my leg! He swung me around before smashing me into the ground and making me let go of my sword! “Finally! You die!” Simon growled as he was raising his claws for another attack when Fertuitus leaped onto his back and stabbed one of Simon's severed claws into the side of Simon's neck! Simon screamed out in pain but before he could do anything, two werewolves tackled the back of Simon's legs and forcing him to his knees! Fertuitus then leaped off of Simon as 4 werewolves grabbed both of Simons' arms to pull them back while Whanatrip put Simon into a headlock. “Do it now! Finish this!” Fertuitus screamed at me. Realizing what he meant, I frantically stumbled to grab my sword and leap up to my feet. With every last ounce of my strength, I run at Simon! At the last moment, Wannatrip let go of Simon to jump back just as I stab my sword right into Simon's chest! I was panting like crazy as Simon roared in pain! “T-this won't kill m-me!” Simon roared in my face! His strength was already starting to overpower the werewolves holding him, but it was too late. “Ya, I can't kill you,” I tell Simon. “But she will.” Leaping into the air, all 4 werewolves holding Simon let go and ran away. Simons eyes never left mine as he tried reaching up to grab at me. Not even noticing the little-pissed off girl who fired off the strongest electric attack she could. The electric attack flew across the entire battlefield until it struck the sword’s spike and traveled through simons body. Everyone still alive stood and watched as the monster screeched out as it was burned alive from the inside out! Falling to his knees, Simon’s body lay motionless as smoke poured from any opening in his body. For a moment, no one knew what to do. But it wasn't long before the cheering and howling began! I, on the other hand, fell on my back. The last of my strength was finally gone. I could hear the cheers all around me, but it was all just white noise as I stared up at the bright red blood moon in the sky. Eva is my character but the art was done by GigaMessy. if anyone is interested in seeing more of their art, please go check them out! https://www.deviantart.com/gigamessy this is Eva half turning into her wyvern form! also, I would like to make a small update. sadly, Pink and I have hit anouther wall. a few days ago one of pinks friends really needed pinks to help with something and i haven't heard from them in a few days. but I'm not worried. I'm sure ill hear from him soon when he can talk. thankfully i already have most of what we were already working on so while pink is dealing hith his stuff, I will be fixing some of the spelling mistakes and sending what we have of the story to my beta reader/spell checker. that way when pink gets back, most of the story will already be fixed and ready and all we will need is the ending. I would also like to thank you all for being so patient with not only me, but pink as well during this long, and busy summer.

Bleak and Eva's side chapter “EVA! SLOW DOWN!” Blake yelled to Eva as she was charging through the woods in her ox monster form. “I can't! We have to hurry and get this job done so I can see sissy!” Eva happily cried out. That's when Blake noticed what was up ahead and jumped off of her just as she ran right into more trees. “Eva, you okay?” Blake yelled as he got up and looked at what happened. Eva had smashed right through the trees, not even caring they were there and continued to charge forward. If he was still on her, there's no doubt in his mind that impact would have killed him. Blake just sighed as he watched Eva run off again leaving him behind. He would have to wait until she got too far away and realized what she did and goes back for him. “You're so in trouble when you get back here,” he told himself as he dusted himself off and began to walk after Eva. As he walked, Blake couldn't help think of the conversation he had with Alex not too long ago, about when he first met Eva. **************************over 2 years ago. Blake was excited. Both he and his partner Jeremy had finally joined a guild!. Pyāratā had about 63 members now including them. Guilds always got the better jobs that paid better because they were more reliable than some random group from an inn or a mercenary. Blake was hoping that with the guild’s help he might be able to make a name for himself in the world finally. Possibly even be ready to go after a dark crystal when someone finds one. “Hurry up and pick one, Blake!” Jeremy told him as he got a bit angry. They have been looking at the job board for 20 minutes looking for the right job. They took turns picking the jobs they wanted to do and today was Blake's turn, and he wanted a good one. There was one to take on giant Bees and kill their queen, a Gnoll was spotted just outside a small town, and lastly, the possibility that a Cockatrice might hatch from an egg and a town wanted to get rid of it fast. Each one sounded tremendous, but Blake was having a hard time deciding which to pick. Just before he could pick a mission, a man ran into the guild and demanded to speak to the master. The master was an extraordinary one-armed man that ran the guild. The man handed the master a Guild level threat job. The guild’s job listings are ranked from C, B, A, S, and Guild. Any average person may take on the first three jobs as they see fit. The guild master holds onto the S jobs and only gives them to people he deems worthy to take them on. But the Guild level is worse. It's a threat that will take an entire guild just to deal with. Not many of them are given out. Especially not on Misae. With a threat this big the guild master called for all members of the guild to report back and to prepare for Battle. 57 total members showed up for this job. The only members not able to come were those already out on jobs or to far away to make it back. “As you all know this job is a guild level threat. A monster has appeared out of nowhere and has started wreaking havoc on the village of Pipi. This threat isn't something to ignore. However, I will not force anyone to take on such a threat if they do not wish to do so. So you may leave the guild now if you do not wish to die.” the master told us. I watched as three people left. Fearing for their own lives. They were booed and yelled at as they left. “Enough!” the guild master yelled. “They feared for their lives, their family’s lives. They may have left, but they had their reasoning. Now those of you remaining, go into town and get anything that may help you in this quest. Anything to make you even just a little stronger will be enough. Just get anything.” We spent our entire savings on new gear. Anything that would boost our stats. We also got new weapons. I got an A class bow. Jeremy however got a B class shield and sword, both with elemental magic engraved in them. “If this job doesn't make a name for ourselves nothing will,” Jeremy said as he lit his sword on fire. “I couldn't agree more,” I tell him. The next morning the remaining 54 members marched their way to the monster. No one knows why it suddenly appeared, but some type of giant monster appeared in the mountain region of Pipi and has been sending all the monsters up there down the mountain. This, in turn, leads to massive attacks by the monsters as they try to claim new territories and have already killed quite a few people. By executing this one monster hopefully, it should make things right once more. When we reached the mountain where the monster was spotted, we began our search by having the hunters search the area for it. The hunters, however, were confused, all the tracks it had made it look like it was changing its size. Maybe it's not one monster but more? When we did finally found the monster it shocked us all to see a wyvern! They shouldn't even be on this continent! The wyvern was sound asleep bathing in the afternoon sun and didn't notice our arrival. “Everyone get into positions. We attack it hard and fast before we search for possibly more of them.” the guild master told us. Everyone split up into groups where they would be of use. Archer and mage class found higher ground where their attacks would do the most damage. While the others all circled the monster all ready to attack as soon as the guild master gave the order. The master pulled out two things out of his storage. The first was a bucketful of water that he used to form a new arm for himself before picking up his battle ax. “NOW!” the master yelled as the archers and mages fired their mightiest attacks at the monster. All the attacks hit the wyvern dead on causing a massive explosion. For just a single moment I thought that would be enough to kill it. But it just stood up and roared without so much as a scratch on it. “CHARGE!” the master yelled as everyone surrounding the wyvern charged into battle. I tried my hardest to keep shooting arrows, but I watched as the wyvern shrugged off every attack that hit it. Nothing we seemed to do could hurt the fucking thing! That is until the strongest of the guild managed to get a hit in. Lynn Palmer, an ex-paladin managed to knock it back using a holy mace. The wyvern staggered a bit and before it could study itself. Earnest Hodges, the beast berserker went all out on pounding on it. He only stopped when Meghan Howard, the Saint finished charging her most potent attack, ‘Storm Preacher.' It was a small ball of heavily compressed air at the end of her staff that she threw at the wyvern. The moment it made contact the ball exploded with a massive force that sent the monster straight into the mountain wall. Those of us still left standing from the fight all walked closer to where the monster lay motionless. Its tail and left wing missing as blood poured out of it. I looked around at all my fallen comrades. At least 30 of them lay dead on the ground, all killed by this damn monster. I watched as Lynn, Earnest, Meghan, and the master all got close to the monster. The guild master was raising his Axe to make the finishing blow and end this monster's life once and for all. But they all suddenly made a slight jolt before they all stopped moving. What was wrong? “Humans….” I heard a gravelly voice say as we all watched the four strongest members of our gild suddenly began to rise in the air. “You...hurt….me….” Suddenly my blood ran cold as I watched as something stood up out of the hole where the wyvern should have been. Instead, a different monster rose up. It was 8 feet tall with a humanoid body shape, instead of arms however it had two long tentacles on each arm. Each limb was piercing our heroes in the hearts as they are raised in the air. This monster had three eyes and a mouth that split sideways as it opened its mouth and let out an ear-piercing screech! My body was cold except for the warm piss my bladder had just released as I watched the monster throw the bodies in the air and lunge at the rest of us! The sounds of screams filled the air until Jeremy finally grabbed my arm and stabbed me back into reality. He yanked at me, and we both started running as fast as we could away from that thing. We thought we had gotten away, we felt that if we could just get off the mountain then maybe we had a chance! But we went the wrong way and wound up on the edge of a cliff. We tried to turn back and go a different way but behind us was that monster. Its body covered in our friend's blood as it slowly walked toward us. “Humans hurt me....” I heard it say. I was too terrified to do anything. “We’ve got to do something!” Jeremy said as we looked around. There were only 5 of us left. All of us on the edge of a cliff with this monster blocking any way forward. “Just hit it!” I yelled and began to use my wind magic to try to blow it away, but it still kept coming. Suddenly everyone was using anything, and everything they had to kill it but nothing would hurt it. “EARTHQUAKE!” I heard the man next to me yell as he slammed his fist into the ground. **************************** I only woke up when I felt my arm in so much pain. As I looked at it, I could see the black curse spreading from the bracelet all over my arm and part of my chest. I maybe had a few minutes before the curse killed me. ‘Mourn later’ was the first thought in my head as I got up. I already knew if I was alive right now that must mean Jeremy was no doubt dead somewhere. If I don't find a new bound soon, I was going to join him. I took a quick look up and saw the bright red sky as the sun was setting. On the side of the cliff, I could see where that guy caused a rock slide sending us all down. How I survived, I have no idea. I began to limp around just trying to find anyone still alive. I even started calling out for them not caring anymore if that monster showed up. If I didn't find someone I was dead anyway. But I did find someone. I quickly limped over and saw it was a beautiful naked woman. She was covered in blood and was out cold and wouldn't wake up even when I shook her. I was running out of time and needed to form a bond now. I looked at her arm, however, and she didn't have a bracelet. I didn't think much of it, many people in the gild have taken a quest to remove them. She must have been one of them. I began to look around for a bracelet frantically, and I spotted one close by. It was attached to an arm sticking out from a boulder that fell on top of someone. I wanted to puke as I removed the bracelet and quickly limped back to the women and put the bracket on her. I know this is a bastard move forcing anyone into a bond when they can't consent, but it's a matter of life or death. They should understand. “by the light of the god, we both vow a boding, give us the power on our journey, and we fight for the right,” I spoke the bonding vow as our bracelets caused a bright flash of light, signaling that we were now bonded. ************************ That was when we first met, but only where our story begins.

Nice little update. So I went to a doctor today. Good news is my hand should be more or less healed within the next 3 weeks. So wooo! Also, the new chapter is still stuck at just 50%. Mostly because I had an old friend of mine come see me for a week, and pink has been busy with work. Man am I looking forward to the end of this crappy summer But good news is the next chapter is going to be long so hopefully the wait is worth it.

Yes I'm rewriting this. But there is a new chapter in the main story. Sorry for the confusion.

ch 14 “How about we go shopping before we do anything else. I know Bab’s clothes are a bit tight so you might want to get something more comfortable,” I suggested to Ramonita. She didn't say a word to me. She mostly just messed with her skirt trying to make it longer and hide the diaper she was forced to wear. It was getting late, and there weren't as many people around so moving through town was a lot easier. I decided we needed to make 2 stops, First to get Ramonita better clothes. Thankfully Elroy gave us 10 gold to help pay for anything we might need over the next few days. We were in the store for about 45 minutes before Ramonita picked out 2 outfits and some pajamas. She was now wearing a yellow t-shirt with a long skirt and a jacket. She looked like a regular teen, well except for the diaper. Next was a weapon. Unlike Bab, Ramonita can use both of her hands. In case it came down to it, she should at least have something to defend herself with. At first she didn't want to, saying that was my job, but i told her it was only for emergencies. Out of everything she only picked a dagger. Well, at least it was better than nothing. With both errands done we went to get dinner at a small restaurant. “Ramonita you do know you can talk to me right?” I tell her as we waited for our food. She just sipped at her water. I just sighed and decided to leave it alone for a while. When we get back to the room, I'll see if I can get Ramonita to talk to me. Dinner was great, but Ramonita didn't seem to like it as much. Maybe a status type of thing. I just got her food into a doggy bag to save for later. It was about 20 minutes later after dinner that I noticed something. Ramonita was slowing down. “You ok?” I asked. She ignored me and tried to keep pace with me again. We were passing another store when I saw something through the window, a Sleeping Bag. I've been hoping I could find one for a while. So far Bab and I have been taking turns using my sleeping bag while the other uses the mat and blanket. I quickly go in, hoping to grab it before the store closed. Luckily the clerk told us we had plenty of time so I began to look for other supplies we might need. All the while Ramonita began to grow anxious. She hasn't used the bathroom since she left her home earlier that day and hasn't seen a good time to go. She thought about going to the bathroom at the restaurant, but there were too many people, and she didn't want them seeing her carry a diaper into the bathroom. She was so focused on her need to pee she blocked out nearly everything else. She was hoping we would just go back to the hotel room fast so that she could use the toilet, but then I had to make this stop. We walked around the store a bit until I notice Ramonita stopping and began to whisper something. “Ramonita are you ok?” I asked and knelt down next to her. Her face was glowing red, and sweat was starting to pour down her face. When she finally looked at me, she finally spoke. “I have to pee,” she whispered before she grabbed her padded crotch and crossed her legs no longer trying to hide it. “Oh shit,” I say as I try my best to lead her back to the cashier. “Excuse me, do you have a bathroom here?” “I'm sorry, but that is for employs only.” the cashier told me. “Can you please make an exception? my sister here really needs to pee,” I tell them as they look over to Ramonita who is now doing the peepee dance just trying to hold it in. “I'm sorry sir, but it's store policy. We've had women sneak stuff into the bathroom and *ahem* ‘hide’ the items before leaving.” they told me. “SHE'S 12! DO YOU THINK SHE'S GOING TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!” I yelled. I then looked back at Ramonita, there was no way she would last much longer and no way she would be able to move far like that. So dropping all the stuff I had I picked Ramonita into my arms, ironically princess carry Style, and ran out of the store. I had no idea where another bathroom was, but we were close to the inn if she could just hold it for only a few more moments. “We're almost there, just try to hold it a little longer!” I tell her. She then got out of bed and using some electricity to see in the dark she went to grab her backpack and walked back to the bed. Ramonita let out a slight squeal as she tried to cover the massively soaked diaper. “You don't have to worry, I'm already used to changing Bab,” I tell her as I help her onto the changing mat. I then pull out all the supplies I had. “Ok, I want you to pay attention to what I do. This way you'll be able to do it yourself later.” I then proceeded to un-tape the straps and unfold the soaked diaper. Ramonita face was bright red, and she tried to cover her face with her hands. “I'm going to have you wipe yourself clean,” I tell her as I hand her the baby wiped. Once she was done with that, I removed the diaper and put a new one under her. Then I gave her the Baby powder and had her apply it to herself while Before I showed her how to tape the diaper up. After that, I told her to change into her pajamas while I threw away her diaper and changed in the bathroom. When I got out, Ramonita was already changed and in bed under the blankets as she stared at the wall. “Ramonita would you like to talk about it?” I asked, not really knowing what to do in this circumstance. With Bab, she can't change her diaper and is forced to use it. Ramonita, on the other hand, used hers on accident and could have changed her own diaper. Instead, a guy she doesn't really know just watched her pee into a diaper and changed them as well. She must feel like shit right now. “I'm sorry,” Ramonita told me. “Excuse me?” I replied not getting what she said. “I'm sorry. because I didn't ask to use the bathroom this all happened,” she told me. “Why didn't you just go at the restaurant?” I asked as I sat down on the bed right next to her. “I didn't want to ask for a diaper and have people see me take it to the bathroom,” she explained. “Why would you need to ask for one?” I asked her. She then lifted up her head to look at me in confusion. “You do know you can use storage too right?” Her eyes went wide before she shoved her face into the pillow and started crying again, finally realizing this entire thing happened because she didn't know she could use storage. “Hey, it's okay Ramonita, it was just a simple mistake,” I tell her. “But, but” she stammered as she raised her teary face from the pillow. “Ramonita, look at me. For the next 20 minutes, I continue to reassure her that she was ok and that her secret was safe with me. She even apologized for ignoring me earlier, “Um, Alex?” Ramonita said as I pulled out my sleeping bag. “Yes?” I respond. “Can I make a request?” she asked. “what is it?” I asked her. “I can't sleep without a story,” she told me. “Really?” I asked. She nodded. This was a weird request, but I figured why not. I did have a problem however as I didn't know many stories. She was trying not to wake me, so she didn't close it all the way. What she didn't realize was the door slowly opening and the light from the bathroom shining on my face waking me up. “I-I'm sorry,” Ramonita told me as she was on the verge of crying. I just pat her on the head and yanked loudly. Not really caring what she was doing and just wanted to go back to sleep. “It's fine, just tell me about it later,” I tell her before taking her back into the room and quickly changing her before tucking her back into the bead. “Good night princess.” I gave her a pet on the head and then got back into my sleeping bag and went back to sleep, the princess just looking down at me, with a slight smile forming on her face. For the next two days, Bab and I spent a lot of time not only on jobs but on ways to get ourselves stronger. Looking back, the last few days have entirely shown just how weak we really are. Falling from that cliff was the only thing that saved us from Enedina and Alan. If I want to get my sword back, then I will have to get a lot stronger for it. Bab, on the other hand, wants to get revenge on them for not only nearly killing us, but also for what that prince did to her. One thing I've been trying to focus on is strengthening my ice magic. So far the spells I know are very basic and need a lot of improvements. So far the best way I've found to improve my magic is to use them on a giant turtle monster. They’re the size of a fucking car with crazy high defense, But slow as well. So I've just been hitting the beast with all my magic to improve it. Such as throwing ice shards at it, making the ice gauntlet and ice breath. All of which I have developed slightly. For starters, I learned that by concentrating on making the ice gauntlet was still hard as hell for some reason, but using that with ice breath like before I can get a thinner version that is still as good and even allows for better movement. Next, I'm also now able to make larger ice sherds, and my aim at throwing them is getting a lot better. This gave me a question that I should ask Bab about. But Bab was busy with her own training. Just as I learned I needed to get a lot stronger, Bab finally decided that in her current state she couldn't rely on her regular high bolt attacks anymore. A lot of her magic consumes a lot of manna, and not all of them will go down on the first hit. By the end of the day, we got a little stronger. Maybe a little shorter then I would like, but we can't be picky about it.” another said. “The problem is the guy, do you really think he would let his daughter do this?” the third woman asked. “At this point, we might not have the option. We're running out of time.” the first women said. “Ok I'll go talk to them.” the second one said as she left the table. *********** Bab and I were in the middle of eating our lunch when a cute woman came up to our table. She was probably in her early 20’s with lovely red hair. “Excuse me, but may I take a moment of your time?” she asked. “Yes?” I ask “My friends and I would like you and your daughter to please come with us.” the women told me and gestured over to another table where 2 other women were sitting. “I'm sorry but why?” I asked ignoring the daughter comment, too much of a hassle to correct people. “We are from the royal guard, and we would like to have a word with you,” she told us. I looked over at Bab who was most likely thinking the same thing I was. “Have we done something wrong?” I asked not knowing if this has something to do with the prince or not. “Not that I'm aware of, we would just like to talk,” she told us. “I'm sorry, but I would like to decline,” I tell her, hoping that would be the end of it. “This wasn't a choice. Now either come with us or be detained,” she told us with a little sharper voice. With no other option, I looked over at Bab who practically read my mind. “FROST!” I yelled and blasted the women with ice, blinding her as Bab and I jumped from our table and ran. Everyone in the restaurant was surprised and started yelling, for a moment they didn't know what had happened. By the time the other 2 women got up and helped their friend, Bab and I were already running down the block. When I looked back, I saw two of the women chasing us with the one who was talking to us jumping to the rooftops using wind magic. “Any ideas Bab?” I asked as I grabbed and threw her over my shoulder. Her tiny body can't keep up, so this was faster. “Not really!” she told me as she raised her arm to fire electricity but realized there were too many people still around. “We need to find a way out of here!” “How!” I asked shoving people out of our way. “Get to the park! There are fewer people, and if we can somehow get past them we can circle back and make a break out of the city!” Bab yelled. For a kid, she had a good idea. It was hard running through the crowd of people, but we eventually made it to the park where I put Bab down and looked back at the three women still chasing us. “You know I always wondered what it would be like to be chased by multiple women, not as fun as I thought it would be.” I say out loud before looking down at Bab. “Okay I want you to run to the old bench we went to yesterday and wait for me there.” “What? No way! There's no way you can take on three at once!” Bab told me as I pulled out my sword. “I'm not, I'm giving you a head start,” I tell her. With no choice, she started running just as the three women stopped about a hundred feet away from me to pull out their weapons. “You are hereby under arrest for assaulting a royal guard.” the black short-haired women wielding a katana told me. “Honestly blasting her with ice has probably been the least worst thing I've done this week,” I tell them as I make a few ice shards in my hand. “This is your last warning, put your sword down and come quietly or we will be forced to take you down.” the blond girl with a sword told me. “Yeah, no,” I tell them before I throw my shards at them. The katana chick swung her sword and a wall of ice appeared to take my attack. “Nice, Lexi!” the girl I blasted earlier yelled as she used her wind magic to jump into the air and over the wall wielding a long-bladed sword the same height she was. I had to quickly block her sword with mine, the force of that would surely have killed me otherwise. “Now Lizzie!” the women yelled as the girl with the sword was at my side and about to strike me down. But before her attack could hit a bolt of electricity blasted her away. “Lizzie!” Lexi yelled as she ran over to check on her friend. “Ice breath!” I yelled taking advantage of the situation and blinding the girl with the long blade again and kicked her away. I then turned and watch Bab run into the woods as I ran in a different direction. Hoping the guards will follow me. If they do, I can make a quick turn back to Bab and grab her to leave. “Gale winds!” I heard the wind women yell when suddenly wind picked me up and threw me into a tree. “I am Alisha, a soldier of Parïtet, and on my pride, you shall not escape.” the wind chick told me as I got back up. As I looked over I saw it was only her, the other two must be going after Bab. “Shit.” I say out loud and pull out my sword. “if we're doing introductions I'm Alexander, a man trying to survive, and I'm not going to be stopped like this.” Alisha just stared at me, both hands on her sword. Ready to strike me down at a moment's notice. I really didn't have the time to stay and fight. However, it was my only option now. Even if I tried to run she would just hit me with another wind attack and take me out that way. “Gale wind!” Alisha yelled as she raised her sword up. Her wind magic circling all around it before slashing it down and hauling the wind attack at me again. This time I was able to jump out of the way as the attack hit the tree behind me and knocking it over. I decided to just charge at her and hope for the best as she raised her sword again. This attack, however, did hit me and sent me flying back yet again, luckily I didn't hit a tree this time. “Just give up,” Alisha told me. “You're not going to beat me.” She had a point, even if I did try to attack her she still has much more powerful attacks. I was only able to attack her by surprise, and now the only way I'll be able to get past her is if I somehow can stop her. That's when I had a thought that might work. I immediately jumped up and charged again. Alisha continued to try and blow me away still, but I kept dodging out of the way. “You're getting annoying!” she yelled and finally charged at me herself when I was getting too close. She swung her sword down just as she did before, expecting me to block her sword again. But I didn't. Instead, I jumped out of her way and dropped my sword. “TUNDRA!” I yelled as I tried to copy what the ice chick did with her katana. I had to use both my hands pointed at her and blasted her with all my ice magic. Alisha let go of her sword and raised her hands to block my attack which ended up freezing her arms together. With my amount of magic, I guess that's the best I could do as I then shoved her to the ground. As Alisha trashed and cursed trying to get free of the ice and to stand back up, I grabbed my sword and ran. Hoping that she would be down for at least a few minutes. But I didn't make it too far when I tripped over something and fell on my face. “Well, if it isn't my friend Alex,” I heard a familiar voice say. “Long time no see.” Looking up I saw Noah walking over to me. “Noah!” I yelled excited to see an old friend. He reached out a hand to help me up, but the moment I took it he placed something on my wrist. “Sorry Alex, but you're under arrest,” Noah told me. ***************************** I was thrown into a cell not long after that, My hands cuffed. soon after that, I saw Sherry carrying a pissed off Bab under her arm. She was thrashing and yelling at Sherry as she threw Bab in with me. “Ok, so from what Alisha has told me, they asked to talk to you, and you assaulted them and tried to run, why?” Noah asked us through the bars of our cell. So we told them how I hit a royal family member, how their guards tried to kill us, how we thought that since they were royal guards, they must have known and wanted to finish off the job. Noah, Sherry, and the three royal guards all stared at us. “We had no idea about any of that,” Lizzie told us. “We just wanted to talk about a job proposal,” Lizzie commented. “Wait you guys were the thug and the mentally-disabled kid that attacked a prince of Pa'a?” Sherry asked. “We haven't seen you two in a while, and this is the amount of trouble you guys get into?” Noah asked. “By the way, what happened to my sword?” After telling him I lost it, Noah threw a rock at my head... “That was a rare sword! Before they could tell us a Man and kid walked into the room. Noah, Sherry, and the three royal guards all shot up and bowed down to them. The man was tall and had short black hair and a clean shave, the kid was a girl with long blond hair and in a beautiful dress. “I think it would be best if I explained from here.” the man commented. “Noah and sherry, You both stay here. The rest of you, please wait for us outside.” “Yes lord Elroy!” the three royal guards said in unison before leaving. “Great, another royal,” Bab mumbles to herself. “I am sorry for all the confusion,” Elroy said before giving a slight bow. “What do you want with us?” I asked. “Not really you. We would like to ask her to help us.” Elroy said and gestured to the girl beside him. “This is princess Ramonita, and she would like the girl's help.” The Princes was not much taller than Bab, my guess about 11 or 12. She also had a serious expression on her face. “And what would she want with Bab exactly?” I asked. “We are to meet with a member of the royal family of Pa'a in a few days. But we have gotten word that someone is planning on attacking both members of the royal family. So as a precaution we would like to ask Bab to take Ramonita’s place on our travel until we can get the royal family members to a safe place to meet.” Elroy explained. “No,” Bab told them. “Po?” Elroy asked in confusion. “She said no,” I tell them. “Might I ask why?” Elroy asked. “Well for starters, we're kinda stuck together,” I tell them as Bab and I raised our bracelets. “Next we don't like Pa'a royalty. And lastly, your plan has a big problem, if Bab takes her place how will the princess get there?” “All good questions. First, let's start with the bond. We are merely meeting them in a special location. We only want Bab to travel to the destination and act as a decoy should the princess be attacked.” Elroy told us. “That's another thing I'm worried about,” I tell them. “Don't you worry, she will be in the best of care with our royal guards around. This is just a worst case scenario.” Elroy told us. “Bab will be safe with us,” Noah told me. “But aren't you both just knights?” Bab asked, and I translated. “Right we never told you, did we? we are actually the heads of the royal guard of Parïtet.” Sherry told us. “We had just finished a mission and were on our way back to Parïtet when we ran into you guys.” “But your weapons, they weren't much better than the one I have now,” I commented. “That's because we were testing out new weapons at the time. You don't just pick up an A class weapon and just start using it without practice.” Noah told us. “Heck I was about to pull out my better weapons to take on the boss when you two killed it.” Now that I think about it, Sherry didn't even have a scratch on her when she fought those bandits, and how would someone like Noah get such a rare sword? “As for the princess, one of our royal guards will escort her on a different path leading to our destination,” Elroy told us. “Excuse me, sir, if I may?” Sherry spoke up upon hearing this. “I don't think that would be such a good idea.” “Why is that?” Elroy asked. “All of the royal guards around here are well known. The moment anyone sees one of them with someone that looks like royalty everyone will be talking about it.” Sherry explained. “Even if they left at night, if just one person saw them then it would be all for nothing.” Noah chimed in. “See, even your royal guards think it's a bad idea,” I tell them and Bab nodded in agreement. “Not exactly,” Noah told me. “I only said that if she went with a royal guard there would be problems. I suggest we have Alex here take her.” “No, he is unknown and inexperienced. The princes wouldn't be safe with him.” Elroy told them. “I actually agree, Bab is one thing, a princess is completely different!” I tell them. “But that is exactly why I think Alex is a better solution. No one would think we would trust someone so inexperienced with the protection of a princess. Plus while he wouldn't have defeated Alisha if she was going all out he did hold his own against her.” Noah pointed out. “And it's not like he doesn't already travel with a kid in the first place.” sherry brought up. “I agree with them,” Ramonita told us. “That might be the best plan we can use on such short notice.” “Again, I said no!” I yelled, and all eyes were on me. “One: you're putting Bab in danger on a what-if scenario. Two: I'm not qualified to take care of royalty, and three: we want nothing to do with Pa'a!” I yelled. “We would gladly give you any compensation you could want for your services,” Ramonita told us. “I think we should do it,” Bab said, and my head spun around to look at her. “WHAT!”I yelled. “You can't be serious right?” “The job does sound risky, but a reward like that could help us out later.” Bab told me. ‘What is she saying’ Elroy asked Noah who shrugged. “Can we have a moment to speak in private?” I asked everyone else. “Yes, we will return in 15 minutes for an answer.” Ramonita told us before they left, leaving Bab and me alone. “Bab, do you even know the risks? By doing this not only will you be in danger but you will also have to reveal your secret to them.” I told her. “I know, and if it means getting closer to our goal I think I can suck up my pride,” she told me. **************** Once the 15 minutes were up, they came back into the room to hear our decision. “After thinking it over, we finally decided on doing it,” I tell them. “That is great,” Noah said. “But first we have 3 conditions,” I told them. “First: Sherry must be with Bab at all times.” “Why me?” sherry asked confused. I look at Bab who is already blushing but lifts up her skirt to reveal her secret. About her need for diapers and her hands. Out of everyone, Sherry is the only person in their group who Bab would trust to change her diaper. “Under these circumstances, it shall be,” Elroy told us. “W-wait but I… Okay fine.” Sherry said a little flustered herself. Bab was now in the princess's dress and looked almost identical to Ramonita. The dress was slightly big for her but still fit nicely, well except for the chest part. Waddling behind them was Ramonita in Babs adventure outfit and diaper. Bab’s final condition was if they were trading places then the princes must also wear diapers just like Bab. chapter 12 (again, I would like to thank wannatripbaby for helping me with this chapter.) We finally reached Parïtet late at night. Bab was strapped to my back and passed out. I could feel two wet spots on my back. The first was her head drooling on my shirt. The other was where her diaper leaked onto my back... I knew her diaper was full a few hours ago and I probably should have changed her then, but 3 things stopped me. First Bab was fast asleep, and I didn't want to wake her. Second I saw the lights of the kingdom and guessed it was only a few hours away, and lastly, I knew if I stopped then I wouldn't be able to move again for a while. I didn't even care that I got a few strange looks from people walking around at night. Staring at a guy carrying a kid on his back with a huge wet spot just below where she was. All I wanted to do was go to an inn and pass out. Once I got the room, and a few more stares, I finally was able to set Bab down and relax a moment. I really just wanted to go to sleep at that moment, but I knew I couldn't leave Bab still all strapped up. So I slowly got her out of the harness and onto the bed. Bab’s skirt and shorts were soaked, so I took them off along with her wet diaper before gently getting her clean. Being careful as to not wake her up. After getting her taped into a fresh diaper, I scooted her over and under the blankets before placing her pacifier into her mouth. Now I was too tired to even bother with the sleeping bag and just got in the bed with Bab. We already slept in the same sleeping bag yesterday. Sharing a bed tonight won't kill us. I blew out the candle and went straight to sleep. ******** I awoke when a small hand smack me in the face. Bab was sprawled out on the Bed, and she accidentally slapped me. Yesterday the sleeping bag kept her wrapped up so that she couldn't sprawl out. Just then she rolled over onto her side and hit me again with her other hand. I knew I had to do something or else she was going to kick my ass in her sleep. So I gently moved her to a position where I could wrap my arm around her and keep her in one spot, hopefully. For a moment I look at the sleeping girl. Her pacifier moving slightly, either from her sucking on it or chewing on it. Either way she looked cute like this. It's here I finally came up with a punishment for her. I smile at her and give her a goodnight kiss on her forehead before I fall back asleep. ********** When I finally woke up I was looking at Bab who was wide awake and staring at me. Her face was slightly blushing with the pacifier still in her mouth. “Good morning.” I said before Bab pushed me off the bed. “HEY!” “You scared the hell out of me!” Bab yelled as she popped the pacifier out of her mouth. “I wake up to your face in front of me!” I didn't even get the chance to explain as Bab got out of bed and walked to the Bathroom, her soggy diaper hanging low, as she went to take a shower. I wanted to get mad at her but decided to let it go. I would probably freak out too if I went to sleep and woke up to someone's face in front of me. But with Bab in the shower for the moment I got her punishment ready. About 15 minutes later I heard Bab yell at me asking why only a towel and one of her t-shirts were in the storage. “Just put it on and come out,” I tell her. Confused she does as she’s told and comes out wearing a t-shirt with her blond hair still a little wet and her towel wrapped around her waist. I had her get on the bed for a new diaper. I rubbed some Baby oil I got not too long ago before adding the Baby powder and finally the diaper. When Bab tried to get up however I pushed her Back down before taping another diaper over the first. “Wait, why are you putting two on me!” Bab cried out in confusion. “This is your punishment,” I told Bab before grabbing a skirt and putting it on her. “What do you mean?” Bab asked as I helped her off the bed and had her walk around a bit. She was not used to the extra padding and made her waddle slightly, but she was still able to walk nicely. Her skirt, however, was small. Just barely covering her diapers. She tried to pull them down lower, but that would reveal the top of the diaper. “I might have forgiven you for scaring the shit out of me not too long ago, but I still think bad kids deserved to be punished,” I tell Bab. “But I'm not a kid!” she shouted at me. But I just shoved her pacifier into her mouth to hush her up. “At this moment that's irrelevant. Now I'll make you a deal right now. If you're good for the day, I'll get you something nice. If your bad, however, your punishment will be far worse.” I tell her before grabbing our jackets and placing them in storage for later. I then opened the door to our room and gestured for her to follow. Bab just stared at me, she thought this had to be some type of joke. There's no way I would take her outside wearing a skirt so short that her diaper might show. But I was serious as I walked over and took her hand. “Come on little girl, today your punishment is to be treated like the child you act like,” I tell her as I give her a slight smile and drug her out the door. “Pwez no!” Bab said with the pacifier still in her mouth as she grabbed the door frame to keep herself from leaving. “Bab, this will be your only warning, I still have stuff to do today in town. So you can be a good girl and come with me, or I can carry you over my shoulder kicking and screaming with your thick diapered butt on full view of everyone.” I tell her as I pull the pacifier out of her mouth with a slight pop and place it in storage with the rest of the goodies I have for Bab. “But, but…” Bab began to say. Her face bright red and little tears started to form. “I'll count to 4, if your hands are not away from that door frame you'll be over my shoulder,” I tell her. I didn't even count as she let go just from the threat. “Good girl,” I tell her before rubbing her head and grabbing her hand again. “You don't have to hold my hand,” Bab mumbled but dared not to let go for fear I would make good on my promise. The first thing we did was go get breakfast. A waitress commented how cute Bab looked causing her to blush more as we sat at the table. After filling up with eggs, sausage and toast I took Bab back to the room for a moment for a bottle of milk before we left the inn. Bab hated being seen in public like this. A short skirt, and holding my hand. Over and over people commented how cute she looked or how delightful it was to see a dad take his daughter for a walk with him. That one even I got embarrassed about. After looking around a bit, we found a weapons shop where I spent 40 silver on a new sword. It was C rank, but it was nice, just not as good as my old one. Next came buying some supplies, such as a mat for Bab at night. Some food for later, and I got myself a few new shirts since Bab ruined one of them last night. But I won't tell her that. Lastly, however, came the diapers. This time I let go of Bab’s hand and gave her the biggest box of diapers they had. She nearly burst into tears when the clerk asked her if they were for her. “No, I Babysit a lot, and my supply was running low. She’s just embarrassed because I had her carry the box while my arms are full.” I tell the clerk cheering Bab up that I wouldn't expose her secret that way. Punishments are one thing, public humiliation is another. Once the supplies were in storage again, I retook Bab's hand, and we walked around town for a bit. The streets were crowded now, and it made walking around a lot harder. I'm actually glad I had Bab hold my hand or else I might have lost her in the crowd. Our final destination was to look at a few accessories for us. I was hoping to find something to increase my defense but had no such luck here. Bab, on the other hand, did see a red cape and hood, it looked like something from ‘Little red riding hood.' But it gave a slight defense buff and would look decent with her adventure outfit. So I got it for her. By now it was time for lunch, but Bab stopped me. Her hand still in mine as she grabbed the front of her skirt. “Whats wrong?” I asked. “I'm wet,” she told me as she looked down ashamed. “Don't worry, that's what the double diaper is for,” I tell her. thanks to the extra padding the diaper didn't sag under the skirt. Bab was even more embarrassed than before as she was scared someone might notice the wet diaper at any moment and repeatedly asked me to change her. Until finally she got annoying. “Ok Bab. Here's a deal. You can spend a few more hours in that diaper, or you can pop your pacifier into your mouth and walk all the way back to the inn right now for one.” I told her. Tearfully she picked to stay in them. After a nice lunch, we continued to walk around town for a while until we found a park. Unlike Pa'a which was just one big city. Parïtet was on the side of a cliff with its walls protecting the cliff. It even cut off part of the forest making a few pleasant parks to walk inside the city where monsters weren't around. So Bab and I took our walk to the park. We didn't see anyone at all as we followed the trails. Finally, at the end of the path we were on we found an old bench looking over a cliff and out to sea. The water sparkled as the sunlight hit it. The sound of crashing waves echoed down below us. It looked like a great spot to just sit down and relax. We decided here was the perfect spot to take a rest as I sat down on the bench. When Bab tried to sit on the bench, however, I grabbed her and sat her down on my lap. “Alex, please stop,” Bab told me as she squirmed. “Nope, this is the perfect spot for a little girl like you,” I tell her. Making Bab slightly mad until I pull out an apple for us to snack on. I used my knife to cut off slices and feed them to Bab. Continually calling her a good girl as I did. When we were done with the apple, I took out Babs bottle and tried to give it to her. “No, Alex. I'm sorry for what I did. Just please stop treating me like a little girl!” Bab cried out, but I still stuck the bottle into her mouth. She didn't want to, but she didn't drink anything during lunch, and she was thirsty, so reluctantly she began to drink from the bottle. I moved Bab into a slightly different position to where she was laying on me like a real Baby as I gave her her bottle. “You're a good girl Bab,” I tell her when the bottle is emptied, and I replace it with Bab’s pacifier before rocking her slowly. Bab wanted to protest, she wanted to spit the pacifier out and get off of me, but just like an infant, she grew drowsy. “Shoosh, little girl, I got you,” I whispered to her as I watched her eyes grow heavy, he tried to say something to me, but she fell asleep before she could finish. “Good girl.” I gently rocked her for a moment before i pulled out a book and started to read. I don't know how long I stayed there on the bench with Bab sleeping in my arms. But once the air around me began to stink I knew she had just messed her diaper. Slowly I picked Bab up and had her resting on my shoulder. Next, I grabbed out my jacket and threw it over her like a blanket and used the hood to hide her face so no one would see her diaper or pacifier. Bab slept through the entire walk through the park. On the way back I did pass a couple who stopped me. "excuse me, but by any chance do you know were an old bench around here might be?" the guy whispered seeing the covered girl in my arms. "yes, just follow this path, it's about a 10-minute walk from here," I whispered back. "it's so cute to see kids fall asleep like that," the women said, "they look so peaceful." "ya, but only when they're asleep, otherwise they can be a handful," I tell them as I gave Bab's diaper a slight pat. we said our goodbyes as I made my way out of the forest. I only woke Bab up when we got to the edge of the trees and asked her to walk the rest of the way back. She was a little groggy from the nap but complied. I took the pacifier out of her mouth and began to walk when I noticed the diaper was now sagging below the skirt. I quickly threw my jacket over her to cover it up. Hand in hand she walked beside me as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. The thick diaper helped cover the smell and add my jacket wrapped around that you couldn't really smell her as we went to dinner that night. The entire time I watched the girl squirm in her dirty diaper. Always thinking someone would smell her, or somehow notice the thick messy diaper. But no one did. Once we were done, we headed back up the stairs to our room when I stopped. Bab was slightly ahead of me while I was on the stares. From this height, she was the same height as me. “Bab there's something I forgot. Would you like to go with me or go back to the room?” I asked. “Back to the room please,” she told me, just wanting to get out of view of anyone and hopefully out of the diaper soon. “Ok, you go to the room and sit on the bed. I'll be back in a minute.” I tell her. “But first.” I then grabbed Babs skirt and pulled it down. She was so surprised that I did that she forgot to even scream or hit me as she tried to cover her diaper to no avail. “The doors unlocked,” I tell her as I walk away with her skirt in hand as I heard her run down the hall and heard a door slam. I just giggled to myself as I shoved the skirt onto storage and walked to a store. I wasn't gone 15 minutes when I returned to the room to see Bab sitting on the bed. Her lip quivering as she tried not to cry after what I did. “I hate you!” she yelled at me. “No one was there, I knew you would be fine,” I tell her. Bab then layed down and without asking I got her out of the filthy diaper. “Bab, I have a question for you. Have you been a good girl today?” I asked her as I began to get her clean. Bab said nothing but did nod her head yes. “Yes, you were. So for being a good girl, I got you this.” I tell her as I pulled out a teddy bear and set it on Baby's chest as I grabbed a new diaper and got Bab taped up. Bab just stared at the toy for a moment before she busted out laughing. “All that embarrassment, for a toy?” Bab asked while laughing as the tears she was holding back earlier came out. “No the embarrassment was for scaring me, the toy was for being good,” I told her as I sat down next to her and pet her head. “Next time will be far worse.” Hopefully, now she will have learned her lesson and won't have to have me do anything worse than this. But i'm hoping with Wanna’s help, this story will be much better ^.^ ****** Ch 11 “GOD DAMN IT!!!!!” I screamed the next morning when I got back to the cave. “Was the sword really gone?” Bab asked still in my t-shirt waiting for her clothes to finish drying by the fire. “Yeah, and after it transformed too!” I yell in frustration. “I didn't even have it for a day before I lost it!” “Should we head back to Pa'a to get it and my backpack?” she asked me as I sat down next to her. “We can't right now. They most likely think were dead from that fall. And even if they didn't, they would still be on the lookout for the people who assaulted a prince.” I explained. “Shit,” she said disappointedly. She really wanted her new clothes back. Especially the warm pajamas for the cold nights. “Yeah. Now we basically have to start over again. Get me a weapon and you some clothes. I just hope we can make it to the next town with just my knife and your magic.” “Can't you do what that Alan guy does?” Bab asked. “What do you mean?” I asked. “He doesn't use a weapon, just his fire magic around his fist. You should be able to do that with your ice.” Bab explained. She then held up her own fist and had electricity flow all around it. “Give it a try.” I was a bit skeptical about it, but if this works, I might not need a weapon for a while. So I raised my arm and tried. But nothing happened, so I attempted again, nothing happened. A third time and only a few ice shards appeared. “This is harder than it looks,” I say out loud before I try again. “Just keep practicing, you'll be able to do it soon,” Bab told me. After a few more tries and using half my mana I finally got an idea. I stood up and walked out of the cave. “Frost breath!” I yelled and began blowing on my arm. It took a large chunk of my mana but soon my entire arm was covered in ice, and I didn't feel it at all! “Bab look I did it!” “I guess that's one way to do it,” Bab told me as she laughed. The ice made a type of gauntlet that felt a little weird, but even as I hit the cave wall, it only chipped a little bit. It would make a decent weapon until I can replace my sword. But it also has a few downsides. First, it takes a lot of time and mana. It takes about 20 seconds just to freeze my hand which is not good if I'm already in battle. Second I can't move my hand as it's frozen solid by my attack. And lastly, I have to use the fire to melt the ice…. “So what's the plan?” Bab asked as I stuck my hand as close to the fire as possible to get rid of the ice. “Your clothes are almost dry, so I say we leave in about an hour,” I tell her. After an hour I gave Bab a change and realized her stash of diapers was almost out. Just add that to the list of problems we already have. when Bab was fully dressed and strapped to my back we departed south to Parïtet. After about 4 hours of walking, Bab asked me if we could take a break since she wet her diaper and needed a change. This was as good a spot as any, so I put her down before changing the wet girl. Once she was taken care of, we had an early lunch and relaxed a moment while I checked out our stats. After what happened yesterday we should have leveled up a bit. Upon activation, everything I saw turned a dark blue. Looking around a bit, I saw many blobs of red all around us. It was like I saw thermal imaging. “Hey Bab, what does Beast vision do?” I asked her as I looked over and seen she was blue. “It's a skill to help find monsters. You'll see them in different shades depending on how strong they are compared to you,” Bab explained. From weakest to strongest red, orange, yellow, and white. I was amazed by this and looked all around just seeing blobs of red. Just then we heard a loud roar cut through the air somewhere behind us. I tried my new skill to see what it was but I saw nothing. “Let's get going, I really don't want to meet whatever made that noise,” I tell Bab before having her get strapped up for me to carry. About 2 hours later we reached another problem when we found a river with rushing rapids and no way to proceed. Standing on the rocks by the river we decided just to follow the river in hopes of it leading to a bridge or something for us to continue. “Do you think I could freeze the water?” I asked Bab while I walked next to the river. “Maybe a small stream, but a river no,” she told me bluntly. “You're not strong enough for that.” “Damn,” I replied slightly disappointed. “Hey, Alex do you hear something?” Bab asked, and I stopped to listen. It sounded like something big was running. I activated my new skill and tried to look around for it. The moment I saw it I nearly shit my pants. In the far distance, I saw something big glowing white, and running straight towards us! I immediately rushed to find cover behind a few trees close by and put Bab down as we waited for the thing to show up. We didn't have to wait long before the monster came running past and stopped by the river. The monster was a Pylone the size of a fuckng monster truck! It was undoubtedly twice the size of the Boss monster I killed yesterday, and I only killed that thing with the help of a royal sword! Even if I had my sword, I don't think we could ever kill this thing. “Bab, I want you to do me a big favor,” I whisper to her hoping the monster wouldn't see us. “What?” she whispered back. “If that thing sees us I want you to run back to Fran,” I tell her. “What? No, I can't!” she whispered as she looked away from the pylon sniffing the ground we were standing at just a few moments ago. “If that thing sees us there is no way we are surviving. I can hold it off for a moment, but I need you to run as fast as you can back to Fran and make a new bond if I don't make it.” I tell her. “Alex, no. I'm not going to do that!” she whispered. “Don't argue,” I tell her as the pylon looked right at me. “RUN!” I bolted from the trees as the Pylon roared, its roar nearly popped my eardrums. It then started to chase after me and away from Bab. “FROST” I yelled and began to use all the ice magic I could on it. But nothing seemed to faze it. In mere moments it was close to me and smashed its head into me knocking me to the ground before stepping on my chest. Its paw covered my chest as it put enough weight to keep me from moving. Its beak grow close to my face. I tried to punch it, but that made it mad. Opening its mouth, it roared at me from so close I could see the back of its throat! This was by far the most terrified I have ever been as I began to feel a warm spot across the front of my pants. “Where is she!” I heard a voice coming from somewhere. Before I could say a word a bolt of lightning hit the pylon right in the face. It roared in a slight pain before turning its attention to Bab who was still standing by the trees. “NO YOU IDIOT RUN!” I screamed but it was too late, the pylon had its attention on the little girl who just hit it with lightning. The pylon got off me and charged. I watched in horror as it went after Bab. Unable to do anything to stop it. I just yelled as loudly as I could for it to halt. Just before the monster was on top of Bab, a guy ran up and grabbed her before jumping out of the way of the giant pylon as it smashed into a tree. “EVA STOP!” the man yelled as the monster got back up to look at him then stopped. My jaw nearly hit the floor when I saw this person command a monster to stop. But I had to shake that off as I jumped to my feet and ran to Bab. The moment I got to her the beast started to growl at me. “Eva, stop that, you're scaring them!” the guy yelled at the giant pylon before looking at us. “B-blake?” I asked. He was the guy that helped us yesterday, but why was he here! “Eva?” Bab asked, but Blake didn't understand she said. “Where is she!” I heard a voice say again and realized it was coming from the pylon staring us down! “Wait, is that thing talking???” I asked now a little freaked out. “I'm so sorry, but Eva here said she smelled her sister on me and has been going crazy ever since,” Blake told us which still made no sense. “Eva, is that really you?” Bab asked as she started to walk closer to the monster. “Bab, what are you doing?” I asked and tried to grab her away from it but stopped when Blake grabbed my arm. “Bab?” the monster said as it began sniffing her. For a moment I was beyond terrified. This thing could swallow her whole! Then I noticed the beast started to shrink. Its body shrank and morphed until the only thing left was a naked woman kneeling down in front of Bab. “SISSY!!!!!” the women screamed and immediately began to hug and squeeze Bab. “EVA YOU’RE KILLING ME!” Bab screamed and Eva dropped her. “Why are you talking funny? And why are you so small?” Eva asked as she knelt down to look at Bab. “Ok, can someone please explain what's going on!” I yelled. “I'll explain everything, but first I think Eva and you should change,” Black said as he tossed Eva some clothing and I realized I was still in my piss soaked pants. “Now I'm not the only one with accidents.” Bab commented with a sly smile. After a few minutes Eva was dressed, and I was in new pants. We formed a bond so they could understand Bab and soon we all sat down ready to hear what was going on. “Okay Bab, is she really your sister?” I asked Bab who was sitting right next to Eva. Just by looking at them the resemblance was uncanny. Eva looked like an around 20-year-old version of Bab. Only with very long, dark shaggy hair. “This is Eva Tusa, my youngest sister,” Bab told me. “Hi, Bab’s friend,” Eva said as she gave me a wave and a smile. “It's nice to meet you. I'm Alex.” I greet her and something popped into my head. “How many sisters do you have?” I asked Bab. “8” Bab said bluntly “we don't see much of each other. I was stunned, I wasn't expecting that many. “Eva you never told me you had sisters.” Blake chimed in. “I don't see them a lot, so they didn't cross my mind,” Eva told him with a smile. “Eva is a bit simple like that. When she was a little girl, she would keep running off into the wild for days on end only to return and act like nothing happened.” Bab told us. “Big sisters were always so strict! I just wanted to play!” Eva replied. Just by watching Eva and Bab I couldn't help but think their minds were in the wrong body. “Anyway Eva, why are you with a human?” Bab asked her. I just looked at her wondering what she meant by that. “Because he’s my master know!” Eva cheered happily. All eyes were on Blake as he facepalmed himself. “Eva how many times do I have to tell you to stop calling me that!” Blake told her. “Look it's a long and weird story.” “You tell yours, and we’ll tell ours,” I tell him as I point at Bab who also wanted to know why her little sister just called him master. Blake just signed. “2 years ago I had just joined a guild known as Pyāratā. It wasn't the biggest or the strongest, but they were decent. One day we got word of a new monster appearing in the mountains and forcing a lot of monsters away. This was hurting a lot of people who had villages below the mountains, so we were sent to kill it. To make a long battle short, we were decimated. None of us stood a chance against it. It finally came down to 4 other people and me as we lead the monster to a cliff. With no other way to kill it, we tried to have it fall off the cliff with us. Somehow it worked, and we all fell with the monster. I was knocked out for a few hours but when I woke up my curse was about to kill me. Frantically I searched for someone, anyone to quickly form a bond with. At the time I was so out of it, I didn't question why the monster was gone. Nor did I question that all my friends were dead and the only person still breathing was an unconscious naked girl. I just took a bracelet off of one of my dead comrades and formed a bond with the unconscious women to save my life.” Blake told us. Blake then took a drink of water and continued. “When the bond was made however it went weird. The bracelet couldn't tell if she was human or beast. Because of that my class was forcefully changed to a tamer class, and Eva was recognized as my pet.” he explained. “Wait is that even possible?” I asked. “My sisters and I are part monster. However, Eva was born a 3/4th monster.” Bab told us. “Because of that, the bracelet must have gotten confused since she is one of a kind. It must have activated the bond for the human part and compromised the monster part by turning Blake into a Tamer.” “Yep! And he’s been my master ever since!” Eva said as she got up and sat next to blake as she rubbed her head on his shoulder until he pets her head. “It's been a long journey. We hated each other for a long time. I blamed Eva for the deaths of all my comrades, and She didn't want to be tamed. Luckily she couldn't hurt me without being hurt herself, and because I feared what she would do if we unbonded I couldn't risk breaking the curse. Eventually, we both learned that she was only protecting herself and that she was hurting others by forcing other monsters away. after a while, we eventually grew to like each other.” Blake explained. “Your turn now,” Eva told Bab and me. So we told them most of what happened. Such as how we met and our journey thus far but Bab refused to tell Blake what happened to her. Instead, she asked to speak with Eva about it in private. “Don't take it the wrong way, I've been with her for a while and only just learned her secret yesterday,” I told Blake as the girls walked out of earshot. “It's fine. Hey can I ask you something?” Blake asked. “Go ahead,” I replied. “Are all witches hard to handle or is it just mine?” he asked. “Funny, I was going to ask the same thing,” I tell him, and we both busted out laughing at the situation we were in. A bit further away Bab finished telling Eva the rest of the story. “But why would she do that?” Eva asked Bab. “I don't know. But I want you to keep an eye out for her. If you see her then just run away. If you see any of our other sisters, please tell them that as well.” Bab told her sister with a stern look. “And don't tell anyone else, not even Blake.” After their talk was over, they sat back down with us and another question popped into my head. “How did you guys find us?” I asked. “I tracked your scent!” Eva exclaimed proudly. “After I finished helping you guys I went back to looking for Eva. Because of the festival, she got so excited that she began chasing the pylons and I lost her. When I found her, she smelt Bab’s scent on me from when I carried her. Eva then began rushing all over town following her scent and causing mayhem. She even broke into someone's tailor shop and trashed the place looking for Bab.” “That was most likely Frans shop,” I told him. “We'll have to apologize to her if we ever get the chance.” “Yeah, we're going to have to apologize for that later too. After that, Eva went to the inn you both were staying at and found something.” Blake told us and just now remembered to reach into his storage and pull out a Bab’s pink backpack. “Wait how?” I asked. The inn was supposed to have some type of magic that prevented anyone that wasn't the owners to take stuff out of the inn. “Eva can cancel out magic,” Blake explained as he handed the bag to Bab who thanked him hugely for it. “Ok, what exactly is Eva?” I asked. The more I thought about it, the more her powers seemed different from Bab. “Eva is different from my sisters and me. My other sisters and I are masters at controlling the element we were born with. However, because she was born more monster, she doesn't have elemental magic. She instead was born with what we call beast magic. She is able to transform into any monster she wants and can cancel out any magic that isn't elemental like the inn’s” Bab explained. I was utterly amazed. I wanted to ask a few more questions but noticed Eva sniffing the air and moved closer to Bab. “Sissy, why do you stink?” Eva asked and giggled. Bab’s face flushed red as she didn't notice she messed her diaper. “You smell really bad.” “Eva.” Blake said as he gave her a light tap on her head. “you're not one to talk. It took me a year and a half just to get you potty trained and out of diapers yourself.” “But that's not my fault! I barely used a toilet before then!” Eva told us, and we laughed. So after giving Bab another diaper change, I wanted to ask some more stuff, but it was time for Blake and Eva to leave. “Master do we have to goooo?” Eva whined. “Yes Eva, we were supposed to meet someone for a job back at pa'a yesterday. We need to go back and do our job.” Blake told her. “But I want to play with tiny Bab!” Eva whined more. “Don't call me tiny!” Bab told Eva sternly. “Eva, Bab and I will be in Parïtet for a while. So how about when your job is done you meet us there.” I suggested. This immediately perked Eva up as she ran over to give me a thank you hug. Nearly killing me again in the process! It's here we said our goodbyes as Eva stripped naked and turned into another monster. This one looking more like an ox. Blake got on top of her and set off to do the job he was hired for, “That was a bit unexpected,” I told Bab as we continued our own journey. “Yeah, I really wasn't expecting to see Eva.” Bab told me, “I was shocked when she turned out to be that scary monster,” I commented. “Ya and you peed your pants.” Bab reminded me. “I think you might need diapers too.” “I'll let you have that one. But if you bring that up again I'll shove another slime down your diaper,” I told her and Bab immediately went quiet. ******************************* A butler walks into a room where a boy sits at a table looking over a mountain of paperwork. “Report.” the boy tells his butler. “The Adventurer you hired could not make it yesterday or today. Based on a note he sent, he should be here by tomorrow.” the butler told him. “And of my older brother?” the boy asked. “He has a matter to attend to at the moment but has agreed to meet you there.” the butler told him. “Let them know I will be ready to depart pa'a in one week for Parïtet.” the boy told his butler. “Yes prince Lauren.” the butler told him before bowing and leaving the prince to his work.

I look forward to explaining it ^.^ though it probably won't be much until I give Simon his own side chapter. (after this arc) I actually wanted this section to be a bit longer but I like how it turned out. I'll probably fix it later when I fix the other chapters. and thank you, I hope the next chapter gets done a lot faster this time.

ch 35 “OPEN THE GATE!” Fertuitus yelled as he and Simon came out of the forest carrying an unconscious Dracula. Fertuitus drops his side of Dracula and forces Simon to try to rush back to the castle as something leaps at Fertuitus. But with a simple swing of his sword, Fertuitus was able to decapitate the monster with ease. The creature looked like a wolf that had all of its blood drained out of it. Almost like a ghoul. But that should be impossible. Only humans can become ghouls. It's not long before more of these creatures start showing up and Fertuitus is forced to hold them off just long enough for Simon to get into the castle. As soon as he is, Fertuitus makes a run for it and leaps inside just as the doors are slammed shut. “Where is everyone else! Where is Alucard?” a vampire asked Fertuitus “I do not know. Simon and I found Dracula fighting a monster. It took all we had just to get back here.” Fertuitus told them. “I need to speak to the queen right now! We need to kill that beast now!” *********** My body feels cold. I sat in a corner of my cell and shiver every now and then as my mind wanders around. “How long are you going to stare at me, Alex?” Scarlet asked me as she sat on the opposite side of me. I say nothing to it. I want nothing to do with it. Not after what it made me do… I hear a door open and shut. Then a trail of footsteps that stop right in front of my cell. “I have good news and bad news for you,” Layna told me in a hollow tone. No doubt because I'm probably the last person she would want to see alive. “Bab is doing fine. Your fighter soul ability stopped just before you hit her and you only broke her nose and knocked her out.” Just hearing that makes my entire body shake as I dig my nails into my arm. “Some big brother you are,” Scarlet commented. “Yet another little sister you let get hurt.” “Now for the bad news. Because you were taking more than the prescribed dose, your body grew an immunity to the drug.” Layna told me. “Now even if you take them, they won't have much of an effect.” I remain silent. After what I did, after seeing what I'm becoming, I just wish they would kill me now and get it over with. Kill me so I don't harm anyone, especially Bab again. But I know why they cant. Until I'm a full monster, the bond won't break. Might as well keep me alive just so she won't be stuck with someone else again. Layna let out a big sigh. “Look, while we're mad at what happened, we don't blame you,” Layna told me. “Bab herself told us not to blame you for it. She’ll be here later to see you and…” “DON'T BRING HER NEAR ME!” I yelled at Layna. Layna closed her mouth and said nothing more. Just stared at me for a little while before moving on. But despite my plead, Bab was still brought to see me. She had Melanthe and Layna’s bodyguard with her as she walked up to my cell. I didn't look at her. “Alex?” Bab said but got no response. “Alex, it's me.” “Go on, answer her you monster,” Scarlet said as she walked around me. “Show her the true monster you really are.” “I know it wasn't your fault Alex,” Bab told me. “I know you would never hurt me.” But I said nothing again. “Please Alex, talk to me,” Bab asked me with sadness in her voice. “Please don't be upset.” That's when I heard a key get inserted into the cell door. In a flash, I slammed myself into the cell door and let out a roar that scared Bab so much she fell on her butt. She had a terrified look on her face as she looked up at my long fangs and blood red eyes. While I stared down at her bright red nose that was still healing and got a flash of her white diaper as it turned a bright yellow. “Don't come near me ever again!” I yelled at Bab before I walked back to my spot and sat down, Just waiting to die. Bab had tears in her eyes as she was helped up by her sister and walked out of the room. “You're doing the right thing in order to protect her,” Gideon told me before he left as well. “Maybe now you'll know my pain,” Scarlet said as she sat beside me. ********* A meeting was soon called as the 2 queens listened to Fertuitus’s report. “After we left the castle, we were attacked by monsters I have never seen before. One was a bipedal beast like a werewolf, but much bigger. It seemed to be controlling ghoul like versions of other wolves.” Fertuitus told them. “What happened to Alucard?” Melanthe asked. “He and Dracula went after the beast while the rest of us fought off the ghouls. In the end, only Simon and I survived and went to help fight that beast. When we found them, we only saw Dracula fighting the beast.” Fertuitus explained. “Thankfully I was able to blind the beast, but not before it knocked Dracula out.” “Right now we have those strange ghouls smashing against the gate.” Harrison comments. “And if that beast is still out there then we need to go kill it now before it has a chance to attack again.” Both queens looked at each other and silently agreed on what they should do. “Gather as many able Warriors as possible. We want this beast killed immediately.” Melanthe commanded them and immediately sent them on there way, This whole ordeal was just so frustrating. What was going on? Both sisters then looked over at Bab who was sitting off to the side with a sad look on her face. She wasn't even paying any attention as to what was happening as her mind was on Alex. ********* The entire castle was in an uproar as the call for battle was made. Nearly 60% of all vampires, werewolves, and hunters were in the armory gearing up for battle. “I'm sorry Simon, but this is no place for a regular human to be right now,” Fertuitus told Simon as he entered the Armory. “D-d-don't w-w-worry. I-i won’t b-be here l-long.” Simon stuttered. “I-i j-just w-wanted to s-see th-the bloodbath.” “I'm sorry, but we can't take you along with us this time,” Fertuitus told Simon as he picked up a sword. “This fight is no place for a human, step back.” another vampire told Simon. “Well kill that beast before you know it.” Simon just smiled. “N-no, y-you got m-me wrong,” Simon told them. “I-I'm talking about y-your b-bloodbath,” “What?” the other vampire asked. “Fertuitus, kill him,” Simon said without a stutter. Suddenly Fertuitus swung his sword and cut off the vampires head without hesitation and got everyone’s attention. “Welp, this has been a long time coming,” Simon said as his eyes turned into a bright red and yellow. “Kill them all my puppets.” Suddenly the entire room exploded with fighting as Vampires suddenly turn on one another. Simon just chuckles for a moment as he watches the fighting and leaves. “2 big problems down, just one more,” Simon says allowed as he makes his way to the throne room… ******* ”What is going on!” Layna demanded as she rose up from her throne as she hears the commotion. Two vampire guards rush in, “MY QUEENS! SOME OF THE VAMPIRES HAVE GONE MAD!” one of them yelled. “THERE ATTACKING THERE BRETHREN!” the other tells them. Both queens looked at each other shocked for a moment. What is going on in there kingdom! “Stop them immediately!” Melanthe demanded. “Sorry, can't happen,” Simon says as he steps into the throne room. “They won't listen to you anymore.” “Human, what did you do!” Layna yelled “What did you do to my people!” Melanthe demanded. “Just got them a little distracted while I kill there queens,” Simon told them casually with a smile on his face. “How dare you!” the two vampires yelled and leaped at Simon to kill him. Simon grabbed the both of them and smashed them into the ground with ease. “Now then, let's...” before Simon could finish he was blasted with light and hit a wall. “Enough nonsense.” Melanthe told Simon while her hand was smoking from that attack. “ I am the queen of vampires, if you do not wish to die, tell us what is going on!” Simon just started to chuckle. “Wow, I didn't even feel that,” Simon said as he stood up. “Sorry but that won't hurt me.” He was shot again, this time through the wall. “Annoying bug.” Melanthe commented. “Now then, let's investigate what is…” She stopped as she saw Simon, with most of his clothes burnt off from the light attack, come back through the hole in the wall. “That's what I was afraid of?” Simon asked himself. “Had I known you were this week I would have killed you long ago.” “Uqnokkubry,” Bab said stunned as she watched what was happening. “What are you!” Layna demanded. “Does it matter? I'm going to kill you anyway.” Simon says as he charges at the queens with inhuman speed! But before he could even get near them, Gideon got in front of them and hit Simon as hard as he could away from them. “Ow,” Simon said as he jumped to his feet. “Almost forgot about you.” “Gideon kill him!” Layna demanded. “Yes, my queen,” Gideon told her as he began to transform. His body grew larger and harrier as his clothes began to rip and shred. His fur was dark red as it covered his body. Once fully transformed into the Alpha werewolf, he let out a thunderous roar that could be heard throughout the castle! Gideon wanted to end this fast as he charged at Simon, ready to rip his throat out with his fangs! But Simon stopped Gideon with ease and held him with ease with his scrawny body. Surprising everyone watching. “Nice transformation, now here's mine,” Simon told Gideon as his body began to change as well. Simons body grew even larger then Gideon as his body was covered in a silver fur. Gideon watched as both of Simon's eyes turned from a brown color, too red and gold! “MY QUEENS! GET AWAY!” Gideon yelled as he tried to hold Simon, but Simon lifted Gideon up and tossed him away before lunging at the queen! “You're not leaving that easily!” Simon roared but his claws went right through both queens! “WHAT?” He spun around to the throne room door and saw the real ones already running out of it! For a moment, he forgot about Layna’s Dark magic! “You won't get away from me!” Simon roared as he tried to go after them but Gideon tackled him first. “You'll have to kill me first,” Gideon told Simon. “With pleasure!” ************ “What was that thing!” Melanthe demanded to know as she ran while holding onto Bab’s hand. “I don't know!” Layna commented as she ran beside them. “It looked like an Alpha but I couldn't sense it at all!” Suddenly a vampire came out of nowhere holding a silver sword. The vampire came charging at them and Melanthe was ready to blast it when a black wolf appeared. It pounced onto the vampire and bit into its neck to kill it. “Wannatrip!” Layna cried out. Wannatrip let out a loud bark before bowing to the queens. Soon a few more wolves, hunters, and sane vampires ran up to the queens. “Everyone! Listen to us!” Melanthe told them. “That human Simon is no human. Somehow they are causing all of this mayhem.” “How is that possible?” a hunter asked. “We do not know. They somehow pose the means to do so by turning into a silver beast.” Layna told them. “For now we must get out of here and regroup until we can take them on.” “gvcj cboij Cryf?” Bab asked. “gy acpj rychy vuq” “Not now Bab.” Melathe told her. “We need to get out of here now.” But Bab wasn't going to go, she wasn't going to leave Alex. Melathe cried out in slight pain as she was shocked by Bab and let go of her hand. Bab then took off down a different hallway to the cells. “BAB!” both sisters yelled. “THERE YOU ARE!” Simon said as he caught up. A little bit of blood dripping from his mouth. “GO WE WILL HOLD IT OFF!” a hunter told his queens as he shot a silver tipped arrow at the monster but it bounced off. Soon both the vampires and werewolves charged at Simon. Not wanting their sacrifice to be in vain, they did as they were told and went after Bab followed by Wannatrip to act as a guard. ******* I was still in my spot, half listening to the chaos in the castle, and half in my mind. I was seeing my old home. The home my mom and I lived in with Scarlet and her dad before they moved away. “Why do you keep showing me this?” I asked Scarlet finally. “To make you remember,” Scarlet told me. “Remember what?” I asked. “How you and your dad left? I was upset when you had to go.” “Why don't you stop telling yourself that and atone for what you did,” Scarlett told me. I was about to ask what that was when I heard Bab screaming my name. I turned to see Bab at my cell door panting. “Stay away from me!” I yelled at her. “You're safer away from me!” “BAB!” Bab’s sisters yelled as they ran inside to grab Bab. “Bab we need to get out of here now!” But Bab shocked both of them. “IM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT ALEX!” Bab shouted at them before shocking them again. “What the hell is going on?” I asked as I stood up. “Were being attacked by a strong enemy,” Layna told me. “We need to get away now but Bab is being stubborn!” “Bab, get out of here with your sisters now,”I tell Bab “Not without you,” Bab tells me stubbornly. “Bab…” I say while glaring at her. Bab just plops down onto the ground and folds her arms with a huff. “Bab, we have no time for this!” Melathe said as she tried to get close but had to step back when Bab had electricity spark all around her. “I'm not leaving without you Alex, monster or not,” Bab told me. I was gritting my teeth at this point with her stubbornness. “Bab, I'm going to die anyway, get out of here and save yourself,”I tell her. “Your responsible for me, meaning until you die that is still your job,” Bab told me. We glared at each other for a moment before I let out a frustrating roar. “She won't go unless I come with,”I tell her sisters. “Just let me go with and get her out of here. If I start freaking out kill me on the spot.” Both sisters did not want to do this. Not after what I did and what I still could possibly do to Bab. but their choice was made when a ghoul barged in. it was undoubtedly one of the hunters. Wannatrip wasted no time changing and growing into his werewolf form before going after the ghoul and killing it. “Fine!” Both sisters said at the same time. “We just need to get out of here fast!” Melathe blasted the lock off my cell and I was able to open it. The moment I got out Bab got up and hugged me. “You are so getting spanked after this!” I tell her frustrated at her stubbornness. I pick Bab up and throw her onto my back. “How do we get out of here?” I asked Bab’s sisters just as Wannatrip finished off the ghoul. “Follow us.” Bab’s sisters said as they lead the way with Wannatrip beside them. Bab held on tightly as I followed them. But as I followed, I could see scarlet watching me. ******** Getting out of the castle was fairly easy with Wanatrips help. If something wasn't friendly got close, I would freeze it, Bab would shock it, or Wannatrip would rip its head off. The only two who didn't do much was Bab’s sisters. Unlike us, the more they use their powers the more they hurt themselves. Hence why they don't use them that often. As we got out of the castle with a side exit, we ran into the forest to get as far away from the castle as possible. Thankfully everyone filled me in on what was going on. “But why is he attacking now?” I asked. “Couldn't he have attacked from the beginning?” “We don't know,” Layna told me. “But it doesn't matter. We just need to get…” We all stopped as we notice ghoul beast surround us! I dropped Bab from my back in order to take out my sword. “lw lv qlfh wr vhh brx vdlq djlq pdvwhu.” a voice said but I ignored. I looked right at the monsters and bared my fangs, I was ready to kill them. The beast all around us charged as Wannatrip and I split up to kill these beasts! I was slashing at any beast that got close and freezing the rest. At least one of them had managed to lep onto me and try to take off my arm, but I froze its jaws open before punching it in the face. Wannatrip, on the other hand, was ripping them to pieces. Any that got past us were then shocked by Bab and blasted by Melathe. “How many left!” I yelled as I finished the last one on my side. “Not much!” Bab replied as she shocked another one before its head was blasted away by Melathe. Melathe however then fell to her knees. Both of her hands nearly burnt to a crisp. “You're using to much light magic!” Layna told her sister as she used her own dark magic to cover up Melathe’s hands to help them heal. “There you are!” Simon yelled as he found where we were. “Thanks for the light show!” He charged right at Bab and her sisters. While I might not have been fast enough to react, Wannatrip was. He bolted right at Simon, ready to kill, but Simon didn't want to deal with small fry as he batted Wannatrip away like they were nothing. “BAB!” I screamed as I watched Simon charge right through them! Suddenly they all appeared right beside me! “RUN!” Layna yelled just as Bab blasted a large electric attack right at Simon in hopes of stunning him. I grabbed Bab and took off with her sisters as we tried to get away. But Simon was right behind us. Seemingly unfazed by anything. Every time he got close, I tried to make an ice wall to slow him down but he just broke right through it. Then he finally caught up. With one swift movement, he batted Bab and me away before grabbing and pinning Layna to the ground. This time it wasn't a dark mirage. “Let her go!” Melathe screamed as she tried blasting Simon at close range but it didn't hurt him. Instead, it left her open for him to grab her head! “MELATHE! LAYNA!” Bab screamed in terror. I watched in horror as I saw both sisters thrashing about trying to get free from Simons grasp before there were two loud crunches. Both girls were motionless as Simon finally let go and their bodies fell to the ground, dead. He and every vampire and werewolf could feel every cell in there body screaming. Their hearts felt like they were being pierced while their blood felt like it was boiling. Everyone knew at that moment, their queens were dead.
