This works, I’ve completely flooded myself a couple times today and have totally lost control when my bladder fills up.

Do you know what you’re supposed to feel when it is working? Does it feel weaker down there? Also how long do you normally do this before you take a decent break?

OH How i wish i still had Abena m4's to keep me dry... photo was from when i first found out i had bladder issues about 1 year ago.

I was Diaper free for 3 weeks without any accidents. today so far I have wet myself 3 times uncontrollably. I am starting to think diapers will always be a part of my life, I Think I need to be diapered once again.
