  1. I have been bedwetting for one or two years when I was about 6 years old. I got spanked many times, but especially shouted at. Basically I believe that my bedwetting never went away naturally. I think that overall terror from my parents forced me to somehow stop bedwetting, but the cause is still inside of my, and that's why I actually am abdl now.

  2. My first diaper ever was a sample of Tena Pants Plus. I got them myself from pharmacy when I was about 17 years old, and behaviour of pharmacy staff was absolutely horrible :D  They asked questions, etc.. But eventually I got my sample and escaped from pharmacy. I have been incredibly excited. When the air was clear at home, I finally put them on. It was very sexual for me. I felt incredibly naughty and happy at same time. :D  I did expect something more at that time - I wasn't satisfied with absorbency. Complete revelation came after some time when I got my first pack of diapers, which was Abena Abri Form M4. After that, I have always loved diapers. :D

  3. Yes, I am pretty sure you can. I also think that it's possible to develop a trigger for bedwetting - so you would wet the bed only when you wanted.

All you need is to truly want it to happen. You control your sphincter the same way as you control muscles of your hand. The only "problem" here is that you want to control your muscles when you sleep. So you need to somehow teach your body what to do during sleep.

I have achieved true bedwetting few times using relaxation, drinking enough water before going to sleep and auto-suggestion while falling asleep. Also I have been training for few months using advices below. During the training, you will probably remember new things from your childhood, which will be very important. You will need to follow them in the correct way using your intuition to make it work. That is all I can tell you. I am no master of bedwetting, maybe someone more experienced can help better. :)

Also I was drinking tea from dandelion root and catnip at that time. :D   Dandelion root is diuretic, and catnip has calming effects that can help you to sleep. And I have also tried many hypnotic files, but none of them worked for me. But it might be because I am not a native speaker. Anyway.. my own suggestions were way stronger.

  4. It is called inner child :)  We all have our innocence still inside. But many people totally suppress this part of them and start to be super adult. I believe that this is why people are able to harm each other so much - because it is easier with heart turned to stone.

I love being adult baby. But not that much for diapers or other things. I would rather skipped them if it was possible :D   I love it because it somewhat rejuvenates my soul. I feel calmer, younger, happier and more understanding.

  5. I used to behave like a top secret agent many years. But I don't do that anymore. I just found out, that it is easier to honestly answer potential questions than to think about best possible strategy how to stay secret all the time. Many times they delivered my nappies to some of my neighbours, but when I was picking my parcels from them, nobody ever said anything. Maybe they thought it's something like a sleeping bag or blanket, or maybe they knew and just were understanding. People are really mostly very nice and understanding it seems. :-)

  6. Well, definitely do not wear any protection right now. Because if you would start, your sphincter would become even more weak. I would suggest not pushing urine out by force. Just finnish peeing, and clench your sphincter as tight as you can. After that you can push urine out of urethra using your fingers. Also you can try clenching your sphincter during peing few times - which means that you pee, then stop, then pee again.

Also, if you feel that seeing a doctor might make you think "well, now I am incontinent", then I would suggest not to see a doctor right now - only if the signs would become significantly worse.

And you can do Kegel exercies as well. They are really good. https://medlineplus.gov/ency/patientinstructions/000141.htm

Hope it will help you. Same problem happened to me few years ago after I started to experiment with diapers. And using described method, the problem went away after few weeks, and never returned. :-)

  7. I think it might be caused by the placement of the tabs. Every diaper has different fit, and some just doesn't have to fit you at all. In any case, you can definitely try to place the tabs like in following picture - bottom tabs head up, whereas upper tabs head down. It may sound illogical, and it might not create the best look of the diaper, but in most cases, it will give you the best possible fit.

  8. I have always been quite satisfied with Abri Form M2 (or L2 for Large and S2 for Small size). They are not so thick and absorbent, yet they have really nice fit. But be aware, that they are cloth backed.

Just a reminder that littleforbig is owned by the same people that run abdreams. They have a history of transphobia, so please consider that if it is something you feel strongly about. I'm not saying don't buy from them, but if you don't support companies because of transphobic activity, they shouldn't be a company to consider buying form.

But how "not supporting" such companies will actually help? I don't think that they will look at their profits, and say.. Oh, our profits dropped by 10%, that will definitely be caused by our transphobia, we should do something about it! :D

I think that one open letter would do much better job. :-)

  10. Yes, you're right. When I looked at it further, I found many really bad side effects. Not a good idea..

Well, I am afraid even of catheters. I have tried it only once so far, and pain after I have removed it was really scary :-/

Wicked! Does it really work?  Edit: Holy shit, this thing is over-the-counter medication! :D  This information got me hooked immediatelly

  12. I agree with Gleenie. They indeed are a bit better than medical diapers, but not that much. They have generally much better absorbency from what I have tried, and they are made to make you feel like a baby. But I found out, that most of the time I don't need their extreme absorbency - I don't like being in wet diaper for 10 or more hours.

Try some, and you will see ;-)  I think, that happiness depends more on your mind than on your diaper.

If the booster pads are working for you great. I know some try to put a Pampers inside, but the snag is it shields part of the main adult diaper from getting wet unless you remove part of the waterproof backing of the Pampers. I don't have the patience for all that work.

They make booster pads without plastic backing, which let excess fluid go to the diaper. It's really absolutely great, and booster pads are very cheap. You should give it a try! ;-)
