"Is Rebecca the wom......." Jade said before stopping herself "Nevermind we are having a nice meal why spoil it" she said not wanting to ruin the flow of the conversation as she sipped her drink "So what was your question when to become a Mommy?" Jade tapped her finger to her chin "I suppose I always have I just didn't know there was a name for it, you know how most little girls play with their Barbie and Ken dolls, well my Barbie's babied my Kens" She said with a laugh remembering her mother telling her about the stories of her walking in on some of those strange pretend games "I found out it was an actual thing in High School but never experimented until College"

"Well aren't you an eager little cutie" Skyler cooed in delight taking the young lawyer into her arms and hugging her tight, in truth she had more tests planned about the background check she did, just to make sure Ashley was being honest with her but still she couldn't help but indulge herself a little. Honestly the minutes although in reality they were only seconds of watching the realisation of Ashley's face as she struggled to make up her mind were agony, would she refuse and just walk out, would Skyler react should she stop her....no that wouldn't be right. "Now tell Mommy why you would make the best baby?" She asked kissing her on the cheek

From the way Ava sobbed in the tub a passer-by would assume that the water was scolding or Amy had gripped her fingers into the tangles in the crying girl's hair and was proceeding to attempt to scalp her but in reality it was the light purple colour that was dripping from her hair and into the tub almost like t was paint. She watched part of what she considered her identity flow from her and revealing the blonde hair that some girl's would pay a fortune to have but Ava would rather have been bald. "When these diapers are up, it's going to be green, glow in the dark snot green and a Mohawk" She said quietly to Amy knowing she considered the tomboy thing a phase

Jasmine had one ace up her sleeve which she thought she might have to use giving how Wendy was breaking down in front of her. As she watched her once proud Mommy whimper and cry while struggling to dress herself she wondered if she ever looked like this as they played. One of the most frustrating things at the time when Jasmine was a baby for Wendy was the woman's complete lack of awareness for the very grown up feelings Jasmine had for her either that or engaging in such behaviour would ruin the image she had of her perfect little baby. "I didn't say you could get dressed Baby Girl" Jasmine said clicking her fingers to get Wendy's attention "It's time for you to eat" She said with a maternal smile however the bottle was still on the bedside table where it had been left. Instead Jasmine was sat on the bed the straps on her dress pulled down and her bra removed "Come to Mommy Little one"

"Well that's so sweet" Skyler said with a smile, as she got up she walked over to the Playpen to try and draw the larger than normal apparatus into focus. "After this, it will be your last chance to back out of the job with no hard feelings if we continue than you'll sign a contract for three months" Skyler explained a bit more edge to her voice to show how serious she was. Ashley seemed so perfect, not just looks but also her whole situation, she could benefit from this and unlike others she wouldn't even have to bother creating a cover story for where Ash had disappeared to or why she was living here. "The job is to be my Baby" She said bluntly "And no that's not a euphemism, it is very literal"

"Well this job would be quite demanding and rewarding it is why I need the right applicant" Skyler said with an amused grin as she watched Ashley try to collect herself, "You would have to live here, there wouldn't be days off but all your expenses would be covered so when you left here it would be a much wealthier woman than when you walked in" Skyler scribbled a number down on a piece of paper and handed it to Ashley, the salary twice as much as she earned as a lawyer "That's the starting price, we would review your position every couple of months and determine if a raise is in order" "There would also be some Non Disclosure Agreements to sign just so nothing can be used against me later, I do value my privacy but you seem like a trustworthy girl" She left the girl hanging on every word not disclosing any details of the job knowing she had to hook them in with the perks before revealing the weirdness of it all.

Jade happily walked Nancy out into the office which was thankfully vacant, now that she thought some of Nancy's rougher edges might be going away she would be able to trust her more at work and didn't want rumours starting about how Nancy was getting these chances. "So how was college" Jade asked as they made it to the car park "Not how well you did, I read your application, but for someone with interests like yours....." Jade asked thinking how best to phrase the question as they got into her car and she reached over and buckled in the girl. "With interests like yours what was it like with that first bit of independence that college brings?"

Jasmine was torn, she had gotten what she wanted was it worth risking to push Wendy further to get complete submission. Without it she couldn't guarantee that Wendy wouldn't be biding her time, hoping one day to revert back to original status quo. "It's okay Wendy, you're a big girl and clearly don't need a Mommy or want to be a baby" Jasmine said softly like she was understanding but in reality it was a battle line she wasn't prepared to accept a conditional I'm doing this for you she wanted Wendy to ask to be her baby to say she wanted it.

"I already wore the dumb things, are you really that desperate to clean me" Ava yelled embarrassed as her hands moved to cover her, not her naked form but her hair. "Please don't do this......" Her yells turned to whimpers as she went into a foetal position on the floor at her feet, it was the dumbest battle sure and she gathered there was a lot of babyish stuff and girly stuff that Amy wanted her to do and it was bearable if just dress up but if she took the purple from her hair it wouldn't be a costume she would be Amy's baby girl since only a parent would be able to make that kind of change to her.

Wendy was resisting it was natural but Jasmine was liking this more then she expected. "You're right I'm sorry" Jasmine began dropping the coo from her voice and bringing the girl's clothes towards her "I thought I was clear about what I wanted" She explained "I just don't think the baby role is for me anymore and you looked like you could use some TLC" "Here why don't you get dressed and I'll take you home" She offered Jasmine knew she was playing with fire here, she saw the way Wendy had looked at her the longing in those eyes and maybe the threat of not being in her life anymore might be enough. Or maybe she snaps and Wendy leaves but at least it would have given Jasmine the chance to explore her new Mommy side online not feeling guilty about Wendy, still as she looked at the girl in her pink diaper she hoped she didn't call her bluff.

"I'm not young, your just old" Ava said back getting some of that fire out, in a way it felt good that weird docile girl who sat on her lap to avoid a highchair who the hell was that, no this was Ava's attitude. "Don't touch me" She argued pushing the tickling hand away from her as she tried to get away from Amy but being careful not to strike the woman just so she would have to abide by her promise of not spanking her.

Jasmine laughed "You don't have accidents silly baby" shaking her head as she applied powder to her former Mommy who was sucking a pacifier acting as though this was never the other way around "That's what diapers are for so it can't be an accident" she lectured gently As the diaper went under Wendy's bottom and she pulled it up and began to do the tapes she continued "See Baby you're to little to use the potty, your baby brain has to many things to focus on like where is your baba or staking your blocks to worry about making potty like a big girl" as she finished sealing Wendy in the infantile garment.

Skyler reached down with a well manicured hand and pulled Ashley's chin gently so she was looking the heiress in the eye, with a gentle smile and a spare handkerchief in the other hand she got to work drying those eyes before speaking with a light tone "Begging isn't going to help you land a job" She knelt down in front of Ashley taking both of the little girl's hands into her own almost enveloping them with the size difference "Are you a hard worker?" she asked with tone of authority "this is a job interview so sell yourself to me, why do I want you?" trying to encourage the girl, the desperation should of been a draw to Skyler but she didn't want when their time together ended for anyone to say she just preyed on the weak at their most vulnerable.

"I've been their" Jade said with a laugh remembering her own days interning where the pay was just enough to get by and things like 3 square meals a day seemed like a luxury. "So how about we go to a nice place and grab a bite to eat and I can get to know big girl Nancy and after that we can go to mine and I can see Baby Nancy" Jade offered hoping what also might help Nancy keep a balance over her to persona's is not to see Jade as more attached to one like she would tolerate adult Nancy just to get to baby Nancy.

What little colour was in Ava's face paled as she heard Amy's verdict over her hair, true verdict may be a tad of an over statement but to someone like Ava who hated the idea of that awful blonde making a reappearance it might as well have been a death sentence. "But Amy...you can't.....no......." Ava was stuttering, she might have been a shut out and a loner but shy she was not and she was more then willing to voice her displeasure in something but the whole idea of this was just mind blowing. How could she an intelligent young woman pursing a college education be sat on someone's lap in a diaper and being told they didn't have the right to choose what they looked like at this point the dry diaper she wore was now beginning to bother her like she finally realised this wasn't Amy getting some cuddle time and getting to feed her, she wanted to be Mommy.

Jasmine sighed "Poor Baby, see this is what happens when you get over tired" She reached down and helped Wendy to her feet, feeling the woman's weight a little as she did, Jasmine felt she could of carried her former Mommy but decided now was not the time to try as she pulled her in for a hug. Keeping a tighter grip on Wendy she continued to undress the smaller woman until she was completely naked and pushed the pacifier between her lips. "Now let's get you ready for your little nap-nap" she cooed lowering her down on to the changing mat before rolling her over onto her side "Mommy kiss your boo-boo better" she said kissing her on the thigh near where she landed.

"Aww that's cute" Jasmine cooed leaning forwards as Wendy's hands touched her leg and kissing the confused Mommy on the forehead "I know you had a fun afternoon getting to come to work with Mommy and pretend to be a grown up, but it's nap time now and you know how fussy you can get" her coo was perfect as if speaking to a child who didn't want to go to a nap, she wasn't negotiating playing the part of Mommy but speaking as if she had always been Wendy's Mommy. She loosened the belt Wendy wore allowing the trousers to fall down and gently patted Wendy's bottom "Honey you know you are either going to take a nap, the only thing you get to choose is if you want a pink bottom....." she said looking at the diaper "or a red one" as she patted it threateningly

"You must be Ashley" Skyler said as if she hadn't scanned the girls photo and file a million times before setting up the interview "Please come in" The tall blonde wasn't exactly dressed professionally, her yellow and white gingham dressed was nice enough but gave off more of a going to a family barbeque vibe than a serious work interview. She lead the smaller girl through the hallway to the living room "Please take a seat, would you like anything to drink?" The living room was nicely decorated and very modern all of the things you would expect from a house this big except for maybe the large playpen off to the side. Skyler was into ABDL more specifically playing the role of Mommy, now someone with her looks and money shouldn't usually have a problem however a couple of things worked against her, first she was a control freak the kind of control that wouldn't make a healthy relationship and second she was extremely picky so it was rare that the few people who would accept that level of control in their lives would meet her other criteria. "It's a very important account that needs to be taken care of for the future of this company" Jade said kissing her forehead "And Mommy is glad she has people like you she can rely on to take care of these vital things so she can focus her efforts where they are most needed" "Now then would you like to go straight to my place or should we go and get some lunch first my treat?" Jade said as she slowly phased the coo out of her voice but it still retained it's softness.

"I'm not precious" Ava snapped back before adding back quietly the thing she should of said first "or a baby" as she rubbed her cheek much like a child who had been kissed on the playground in front of her friends. It was lucky Ava couldn't read minds the dyed hair helped cover that blonde hair that most girls her age probably dyed their hair to try to replicate meanwhile she never took care of it using cheap product hoping it would dull before covering it under the purple she started wearing now. Ava wished she was to proud to eat the cake but crazy baby lady or not, Amy could cook and free food might be one of the better parts of this arrangement as she opened her mouth and allowed Amy to feed her at this exceedingly slow pace.

Jasmine looked through the locked trunk in her bedroom that held the supplies she would need, surely she reasoned to herself she must have seen some sort of future for herself in the lifestyle or why didn't she throw it away, it had been years since she even looked at it but at least the trunk did a good job protecting the contents within. Jasmine laid out each item one by one, A changing mat white with Winnie the Pooh adorning it, A pink pacifier, a bottle of baby powder, a packet of wipes and finally a pink DC armour diaper. Jasmine took a deep breath as she prepared for what she had to do, looking at the diaper she got from the middle of her growth spurt it was clearly to small for her now however it might just fit...... "Sweetie, come on in" Jasmine called popping her head out of the door way just so Wendy knew which way to come, she patted the changing mat "Take a seat little one and we'll get you all ready for nap time"

"I am not a......." Ava was cut off by Amy placing her head over the woman's shoulder and patting her back taking a moment to process what was happening "Hey I don't need that" her cheeks turning red as the older woman tried to burp her like an infant. "Surely your clients are more than capable of doing this themselves" she thought to herself wondering what Amy's game was. Did the woman try to burp her to make her feel little, was all this touching and affection a sign of a romantic interest or maybe it was to keep Ava in her place showing her strength advantage and moving her around with ease to make the spanking threat seem a little more intimidating than when it was just words.

"Look we are both trying something new here, I should be more careful about doing things that trigger you" Jade said trying to comfort her "It's going to be a team effort from here on out, when we play outside I'll make you the most pampered baby girl ever and at work we will make sure you achieve what you are capable off okay?" A small idea did pop into Jade's head what about a middle voice as she said in a soft coo "Mommy was very proud of the report you made on the Stevens account" maybe complimenting her with the coo she craved but about her big girl work could help bring her more gently back into big space rather than try to force it, she held onto Nancy's hand but didn't force her to look Jade in the eye instead just using a thumb to lightly stroke the of her hand.
