  1. What OS are you using and is there any way for you to show us what you're doing? Maybe taking a short video with your phone and attaching it? It's really hard to troubleshoot without seeing what is going on.
  2. Are you looking for a specific folder? Is it already on your computer? Or do you want to create a folder? If the folder is already on your computer: For Windows: I recommend using "Everything" by VoidTools: https://www.voidtools.com/ For Linux: I recommend using KFind by KDE: https://apps.kde.org/kfind/ Here's a video on how to create a new folder on Windows (the tutorial is for Windows 10, but it should work for most operating systems)
  3. If I could somehow have the space for it and the money, I'd sleep in a crib. I'd give it a try for sure. Though I couldn't do it all the time, my wife would probably prefer I sleep with her most nights. So, it'd most likely be a nap only crib.
  4. Yes! We need to send a message that we can't be pushed around anymore! This oppression caused by the weather has got to end!
  5. Possibly the humidity, sometimes 90 can feel like 100 and 100 can feel like 90. Weather is weird, I wish it would just make up it's mind. If it's 90F I want it to feel like 90F (or colder ideally, lol) don't flip flop it around on me like that! I say we protest weather (specifically the hot kind)!
  6. How hot was it for you today Mikey? It was a colder day (for summer standards) for us today, didn't get much hotter than 80F here.
  7. It's an apartment complex, they wouldn't allow me to do this, even if I could afford it.
  8. I wanted to go see the Bob's Burgers movie in theaters again, but of course it's not playing in any nearby theater anymore. Kind of upset, not going to lie.

I'm wondering if it will end up on Hulu like the rest of the show, or Disney+ for more money

@DailyDiI doubt it'd be on Disney+. Disney seems to like keeping their Fox shows separate, the only exception being The Simpsons. Since they own a Majority stake in Hulu, it'd make sense to just keep the Fox shows/movies on there, but knowing Disney, it might be awhile until the movie moves to streaming. I think if they did a dual release like HBO has been doing where the movie is available on a streaming service AND in theaters, the movie would have done much better than it did.

Anyway, I like the movie theater experience, so I'm upset that I won't get that again. I should have caught it closer to its release.

That DEFINITELY DOES suck buddy! I feel sorry for you.???????

  9. Both good ideas, unfortunately there's not enough room for a tent fort and the couch is a love seat, too small for the both of us to lay on.
  10. if this heat keeps going the way it's going, I will not be having a sunny side up summer of my life. It's supposed to be over 100F today, and we only have an in-wall AC....in the living room, we literally have to have a line of fans blowing the cold air into our bedroom. That's not to mention that the AC is an actual killer on our power bill.
  11. That's me, but I'm excellent at pretending.
  12. My cat Buddy likes laying on my wife's keyboard. My keyboard is in a keyboard slot in my desk, so he can't lay on mine (but he would if he could.) He also loves smacking our screens whenever something is moving. And when my wife had a different monitor with a very large very easy to press on/off button on the front, he would sit down and press it with his body on accident, lol. He's a huge brat! But we love him.
  13. The wife and I are going to see the new Bob's Burgers Movie. Figured it'd be a fun time, even if I'm not the biggest Bob's Burgers fan, especially when it comes to the new seasons (they're still good, just not at consistantly good as older seasons in my opinion.).

Just got back from the movie, it was pretty good. My wife isn't a huge fan of Bob's Burgers but she enjoyed it well enough. It was like one long episode, it was pretty good.

      I enjoyed it, but I'm a mega-fan lol

      @DailyDi

Every day, we come downstairs, unlock the door and set the sign to open....open.

Is another day I give myself a little diarrhea from the worry and the stressin' and the hopin'

  14. How did he get on your computer? Do you not have a password on it, did you just have it on? I would suggest preventing future things like this happening in the future you adopt some better security practices. Something else that might help is installing a door with a lock and a key, so you can lock it when you go out. This is a huge invasion of privacy. If he does ever "borrow" any of your things without permission, you could pursue legal action. If it was me I would absolutely back up everything I had put up on Deviantart and delete the account and maybe make a new one under a different name (or possibly not at all). You are completely justified in your feelings (not that you need some stranger to tell you that), and I am sorry that this happened to you.
  15. Your post has been added to the entered SFW stories section and has officially been entered.
  16. For the post to fully qualify it needs the "SFW" tag (since it's an sfw story) in it, and it needs to mention that it is made for this contest, with a link to this page. Once those issues are fixed I will happily add it to the SFW entries list.
  17. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling mistake the deadline for the 2nd Kasarberang Non-CONtest has been extended to August 7th, as I would not have been able to meet the previous judging deadline. Hopefully, this does not cause any inconvenience for applicants and simply provides them with more time to finish their entries.

This will be the last modification made to the deadline. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience.

  18. Due to a scheduling mistake on my end, I've extended the deadline to August 7th, as I would not be able to make the judging deadline before that due to things I have going on. This will be the last modification made to the deadline. I hope this hasn't caused too much inconvenience.
  19. What do you mean? The Amazon Fire TV and Amazon Fire TV Sticks still require you to have a subscription for the streaming services you watch.
  20. All of the answers to your question can be found in comments on this very thread. It seems to be called Star Trek: Strange New Worlds It is streaming on Paramount+ in the U.S. It is on the Syfi channel or streaming on Crave in Canada. It is not on Netflix. EDIT: It took me so long to finish writing my comment below that people have already replied to you answering your questions. _______________________________________________________________ My comment about streaming services. I recently cancelled all my streaming service subscriptions. After a certain point you're paying more a year on the "convenience" streaming services than you would be paying with a cable plan. It's not even convenient anymore. Now there's so many different streaming services, each with their own content selection. Disney+ is $8/mo Netflix (HD plan) is $16/mo Hulu (Ad Free) is $11/mo HBOMax (Ad Free) is $15/mo Paramount+ (Ad Free) is $10/mo That's $140/mo or $1,680/year And what do these services offer you? "Convenience?" No, they don't. Some streaming services will have different seasons of the same show. For example, Hulu has all episode of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, except for the last season, which is exclusively on Netflix. So, even if you just want to watch that one show, you have to pay $27/mo and use 2 separate streaming services, just for one show. This is not an isolated incident either, this happens for a LOT of shows. Where you will find a few seasons on one streaming service, but need a completely different streaming service to watch the rest. Another thing is you're paying for the right to watch content that they license, you don't own the content, and you have no control as to how long it is on the services for. I remember back when Netflix was actually worth something, I was watching a survival show. I had made it half way through, it was like midnight, so I decided to watch the rest the next day. When I woke up, the show was gone, there was no warning, it was just gone. The situation will only get worse, one could argue that "well you don't need that many streaming services.", but that's not true either. Most people seem to have at least that many streaming services, I didn't even include Peacock, Crunchyroll, Amazon Prime Video or other streaming services in that list, which would add significantly more to that monthly tally. The more of these services pop up (and there are more popping up constantly) the more content will be split amongst two or more streaming services. Services that don't actually provide you that much convenience over TV, unless you know EXACTLY what you want to watch, and you know EXACTLY on what service that show is on, and if you want to watch a specific episode, you better know the streaming service that episode is on because the show may be split amongst multiple streaming services.
  21. Work paid hotel for you AND your stuffy, now that's what I call service!
  22. This literally just popped up in my YouTube subscriptions, so I had to share here.
  23. My wife and I both use Linux Distros. She uses Manjaro and I use Garuda Linux
