Bought something online and they're withholding it because the shipper didn't provide enough details, hopefully the company I bought it from will resolve it. It's near impossible to get a hold of FedEx and sort it out myself it seems.

First time I had this issue when importing from Japan. I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later, at least it's not customs asking for money to clear the package.

  Good Luck with that Bud - Never dealt with many shipments from overseas, but when I did, they seemed to take a hell of a lot LONGER to get here, and even when they are here, seems to take AGES to get something, especially from china......

  @~Brian~It's here, due to the pandemic all the sites are offering a far more limited selection of shipping options, so it's here, like in my county. They're just withholding it because the company didn't provide a good enough description, hoping it will be resolved by the company, or I can get a hold of FedEx next time to handle it myself.
