    The wife made a Monte Cristo Bake off of a Canadian website dedicated to recipes involving lots of eggs. Looks yummy.

      she enjoyed it, used half a carton of eggs just for a Monte Cristo Bake. that site wasn't kidding when they said all recipes require eggs. I've never seen that many eggs in a single recipe before. Which is good, cause we always have eggs (usually we need them for this or that) but it leaves a lot left over and we never know what to do with the rest. lol.
