I ordered my Plastic Pants at the same time i ordered my diapers from Angelfluff but the plastic pants are made by Gary, And they have a 28-32 high rise waist with enclosed elastic on legs and waist, i have 25 pairs that are pull on and 25 pairs that are snap on and i ordered them with the leg openings to be 14-17 inches because i have a paralyzing and muscle waisting disease so my legs are doing nothing but getting smaller so i planned for that. and if anyone wants a opinion on Angelfluff Ultimate 3 with velcro and Elastic high rise with what Angelfluff calls "Blue Ice"plastic pants IT is dang near bullet proof the Blue Ice /Green Ice is the hardest wearing plastic Pants i have seen or used aside from Urethane but urethane can not be used by diabetics so go Blue Ice. I was in a Hospital not far from The World Trade Centers with my Mother she was in Pre-Op for a mastectomy and stuff started breaking loose in chunks surgeries where canceled as they prepared for MCI, i turned on my radio and every command frequency was almost unusable and Maydays were coming by the bucketful, i Kissed my Mother and said i have to go to work, She said you are on Family Medical leave you don't have to go anywhere,so i let her briefly hear my radio and the desperation in the voices of my Brothers and then we kissed and i left and by the time i got my gear and got down there ,The North & South Towers had collapsed and there was no more maydays . i do not think i need to describe the pile or the work that followed. 343 FDNY firefighters died on 9/11 and from 9/11/01-9/11/11 55 more Firefighters/First responders have lost their lives as a direct result of exposure to toxins that they came in contact with on 9/11 as time goes by we are losing more of the Heroes of that day due to unknown toxins that they where exposed to. My absolute favorite way to treat a diaper rash is to practice good hygiene in the first place which virtually eliminates "diaper rash". The only time i have ever had diaper rash was when i was in the Hospital, and could not care for myself, I got both a diaper rash and bedsores well in the Hospital which i have never had before or since that time in almost a decade of Incontinence and impaired mobility. I was Not a Happy Nappy!

Did you ever stop to think maybe she views your diaper's as "The Other Woman" competition for your love, because she feels like when you wear your diaper there is no chance in hell of anything romantically spontaneously happening because she is not going to take your diaper off to make love to you or to start a little foreplay leading wear ever it may?? maybe you need to have a "Date Night" in your marriage thats a special night of the week that is "Fetish Free" no kids around type of thing and you more or less just get into each other and do whatever you want for the whole night,Maybe surprise her treat her like a queen one night and worship her make a romantic dinner run a bath for her, watch her favorite movie together, and see where that leads maybe she will then surprze you on a night , maybe even with a fresh diaper. Let her know she is not in competition with the diaper,You Love Her, whereas the Diaper makes you feel Secure and safe like when you where a kid (i'm not in your head this is just an example but tell her what the feelings associated with the diaper are , diapers are plastic and absorbent material that you throw away when done with you sure as hell did not exchange wedding Vows with it and you don't love something that does not even have a pulse, you may like it but it's not love.these are of course suggestions on how to make your marriage better and stronger and also may help Integrate your diaper needs with your marital and family obligations. I will say all day long you want a diaper that fits perfectly when you are a really small waisted guy, and you want it to have substance and catch whatever you need bladder or bowel day or night call Angelfluff and get a handful of Cloth U3's with velcro, you will not be unhappy for years to come, they recently stopped making baby diapers to concentrate full time on the adult market and they are AB/DL Aware and Friendly for those that are Pioneers. You give them certain measurements and they produce a sample diaper you wash it wear it use it and if it is just the fit that you want then thats your pattern and they produce your diapers if it does not fit right you tell them what needs changing (all puns intended) and they adjust the diaper and then produce them. Jeanie is very nice, she and her Husband founded the company because her husband became incontinent and could not find quality diapers that would fit him for reasonable prices so they started ordering there "own " Fabric weaves and such that was the quality they wanted and then they started making diapers for him and his friends and the Company grew and now its international and even the US Government Allows Incontinent Veterans to purchase Cloth Diapers ,Plastic Pants & Bloomers , Onesie's , booster liners , diaper Pails, just about everything that Angelfluff sells the VA will pay for if your Urologist makes a case for it. but once again let me say if you like cloth you'll love these diapers. Hi Lexi i roll also i'm a 40 something guy on the east coast incontinent thanks to nerve damage and i roll due to muscle disease's that paralyzes and atrophies the muscle's

If you have a history with a Urologist who agrees that Diapers are maintaining your independance and lifestyle than yes you probably can continue to use diapers, however unless you are heavily sedated or in postop you will be changing your own diapers. some of us with neuromuscular disease's just simply cant change ourselves and the nursing staff is let it know in advance by our "uro's" that we will be on the floor and need the extra assistance but we are the same patients who cant get out of bed unassisted and cant wander the hallways if we do not have our power wheelchair with us so basicly if you can fake being an "incon" with seriou "neuo" defects you can get your jollies having nurses change you, but i will say nurses have a "radar" for fakers and will make you miserable if your found out. peace
