YIKES!!! A no notice locker inspection, OMG that must have rushed you out big time! I was a DL and a panty wearer while in the service myself but I was AF, my privacy was very limited and went through a few close calls myself so I can't imagine in the close quarters you manage to pull off your diaper activity.
