  1. I would suggest trying the less bulky Supreme Lite (plastic) or the brand new AirPremium (cloth-like) briefs. The AirPremium's have just arrived and will be on the site very soon. You can email customer service at info@northshorecare.com for samples.
  2. We are proud to announce that our flagship NorthShore Supreme Briefs (plastic backed) are now available in size Small. Samples are available upon request. You can find this product (model 1228) available online at http://www.northshorecare.com/diapers/overnites1/northshore-supreme-briefs.html
  3. We're switching the samples from shrink wrap to regular bags to avoid them shrink wrap melting onto the diaper. We only found a few that this seemed to be an issue, but we'll change them all out anyway. Sorry for the inconvenience. We do certainly value your feedback.
  4. All three sizes of the new NorthShore Supreme Lite Briefs are now in-stock. These are our new plastic-backed briefs that are less bulky and less rigid than the original Supreme Briefs and are comparable to Abena Level 2 in absorbency. Supreme Lite is available in Medium, Large and X-Large at http://www.northshorecare.com/northshore-supreme-lite-briefs.html Samples are available upon request.
  5. While this product is changing in the UK, we are told there are no current plans for changing the MoliCare Super Plus in the USA. It is to remain purple plastic.
  6. Very glad they worked out well for your needs. Thank you for your order and welcome to NorthShore.
  7. For NorthShore briefs, the padding (absorbent core) is 5 inches longer for size large than size medium.
  8. Below is the announcement from Abena on their upcoming changes to Abri-Flex pull-on line:
  9. The Tena Mens Underwear do not have any leakguards at all and essentially the same type of waistband as the NorthShore FlexSupreme. I think what is most important is to try and find the best fitting size among any of the pull-ons to minimize leakage.
  10. There have been no changes to the NorthShore Supreme briefs. We are not changing the thickness or absorbency. There can always be some slight variations in feel based on many factors such as temperature, humidity, and general manufacturing variations. We have made a very slight change to how tight they get packed in the bags, but even those are still months away from making it to customers.
  11. The FlexSupreme underwear are nice and soft. You can email info@northshorecare.com and request a free sample. They are already available at Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=FlexSupreme+underwear
  12. No problem. It is strange that Hartmann USA is not involved in the Molicare Super Plus at all. For a long time, Medline was the exclusive USA distributor of Hartmann/Molicare products. For some reason, Medline still has exclusive rights to the Super Plus which they get direct from Germany. Molicare Super Plus cannot be ordered from Hartmann USA, only Medline or a dealer that purchases through Medline.
  13. I'm sorry that came over as opinion,
  14. Hartmann USA does not have any control over the plastic Molicare Super Plus. It is controlled by Hartmann in Germany. Any responses from Hartmann USA on this product are not reliable.
  15. We are abut to begin testing some options to decrease the stiffness. We'll only implement a change if we are sure f does not affect the performance. It's likely going to take some time to find the perfect balance.
