I know it'll never happen, but I'm looking at my virtually empty clothes cupboard and... what a dream it would be for it to be magically filled with packs of my favourite diaper (Alpha Clin Premium) and for me to be babied 24/7/365 until the last diaper is used up. I'm trying to do measurements based on my knowledge of the size of the bags. Four rows back. Six rows to the side. Equals 24 packs on each level. 10 diapers per pack. 240 diapers. And the cupboard might be high enough for... 20 rows? That's 4800 diapers. I make that about... Conservatively three years of having no choice but to be diapered 24/7. It sounds wonderful, but it would take some... Commitment is the wrong word. It would probably require someone to supervise that rules aren't broken. I know it's not practical, but it sounds wonderfully dreamy.

I have had this idea of wetting in a double diaper and only being allowed to change when the outside diaper shows discolouration. Of course, this could be dependent on timing, so I've made sure I will probably only need to wet until about noon tomorrow. Last time it took four wettings to make the bottom diaper burst. So maybe... Just maybe baby can have three first accomplishments in 18 hours... 1) Peeing while walking; 2) wetting while sleeping; 3) discolouring the outside diaper.

First double diaper of my second fifty years. Powdered and applied, fortunately with no tears or anything. It's 6PM, and by all indications that means four to five wettings by 9AM. These are the happiest diapers in all of history. Of course, now I've actually got to purchase more, but it's good timing as well, because the last baby powder has also been used.

No. HRT is an option. In fact, there is no research available on the effects of HRT on Haemophilia, so I'm going to talk to my doctor about it. I brought it up four years ago already so that isn't a huge thing. But I was very brave today. I came out to my church pastor and, based on experiences at my then church in 2012, I expected the worst. The result... Total acceptance but encouragement to talk to my doctor before doing hormones. It's been amazing

But two diapers were always and forever destined to be used in the crossover between the day before I turn fifty, and my fiftieth birthday this Sunday. My only small regret is that time on Sunday is a little limited because I have to go out before 9 o'clock.

I have been trying to plan this birthday since March. There's been things I wanted to get. New (smart) TV. Didn't work. New bookshelf. Didn't materialise. Three specific DVDs... Got two, but unfortunately didn't understand the one parcel from Germany was a magazine, so there's still one Jean Claude van Damme movie I don't have (actually about six out of 58 that I don't have). And all I wanted was to custom make a birthday cake.. and I don't have money to do so. But I've been holding onto two diapers, which will enable me to be double diapered most of Saturday into Sunday morning. I've got to go for breakfast before church so I've got to get the most out of, or into, them by 7AM. Maybe this time I can get the top diaper wet. Last time it took four wettings to break through the bottom diaper. I'm also putting together 50 things that made me me. Not just 50 memories. And there's a couple of things I need to do, like an audio commentary on the Olympics opening ceremony (I wanted to do video but it's too long).

My medications come to over 100000 rand a month, which makes medical aid necessary. However, the hospital can provide me with blood products for free. I should do that and get off medical aid. I'm two months behind on payments, which means I'm not getting life saving medication deliveries. I'll be able to catch up to this months payments in a few days when I receive money, but All the money I will get has to go to medical aid, and then the next day, the August installment is due. I must get off medical aid and just hope for the best. I can't spend all my income paying backlog bills. 😕

I've been informed that I'll get my August income today, so... With my 50th birthday in 30 days... I need to make sure I have diapers so I can have an amazing month, and hopefully (I've still got to achieve this and it would make an awesome birthday) to wet while sleeping.

There's two sides to it for me. Firstly, I love being wet for five or more hours before changing. A single diaper leaks when I sit down. So in terms of that, double is great. It also limits movement a little. I had to wet about four times to break through the first diaper. That's where the second point comes in though. There's nothing better than showing off an obviously wet diaper. So it's a bit of a two sided coin.
