I went to the doctor wearing a diaper and onesie forgetting that when they use the stethoscope, the shirt needs to be lifted up. -

I am not sure why a diaper-wearing adult would have any trouble potty-training a child. -
Perhaps the question to ask is why there are tens of millions of adult diapers sold every week.
